Yes, just like what brudder Rubber has said, it's normal for your age to shoot 1-2 times a day. But do take note that everytime you shoot your load, you're actually losing valuable nutrients from your body like zinc, arginine etc.
Your immune system will also be affected, not to mention your kidney function in the long run.
