Need your assistant on some issues.

Time are bad and I started a new company doing some retailing. Business is not so good thus decided to venture into other possible sectors.

One area that I am looking at is lingerie. However, I cannot decide on the design and style to bring in. Can bro and sis out there give some advise?

I have uploaded a few design into website for preview. Hope to get some feedback and comments on the style, design and price stated. I intent to get some for retail at shop and some for internet sales through ebay and some other retail website.

The price list is my target price for each piece. I have did some research on the net. For example, ebay, market place, etc...

All price quoted by each seller is relative high. I have found a supplier who can provide similar design at reasonable rates. That is why, I am passing the discount to all buyers.

Of course, if any brother would like to purchase any lingerie, I can supply. Once my site is up, I will notify all bro and sis. Door to door delivery for bro and sis will be at no charge regardless of qty or amount purchased. I normally charge S$5.00 for delivery for all my products if amount is less than S$80.00.

The price stated in the preview website was my target price. However, I was not able to get a competitive price from supplier and on top of that, the freight charges are relatively high (shipment by air). Comparing those products listed on ebay and those lingerie site, I believed that my price is still very competitive. Of course the available style or design is limited.

I am now preparing a proper site for my products. Please be advised that the price will be higher than what was stated in the catalogue. Like I have mentioned, for SBF member, on top of the special list price in the catalogue, I will be giving additional discount and include free delivery.

The supplier did not provide me with high resolution pictures thus you may not be able to see the details properly.

For your info, the stock will only arrive in Singapore mid of next week.

First of all, I have to apologise to all Bro and Sis who were not able to get hold of the lingerie they wanted from my website. This time round, I only import some trial quantity from the new supplier. Also, I am new to this trade and would like to seek your kind understanding and forgiveness.

Next, to all bro & sis who did not get what they want and to those who had supported me, I have a promotion to offer you. Actually for all SBF members. Kindly note the following:-

My supplier required me to purchase a minimum quantity in terms of amount. So, I will allocate some percentage to SBF members. This is the deal.

1. By end March'09 (Sorry... I will be away for ICT from this Friday), I will prepare a catalogue that can be downloaded from the website for all SBF members.

2. Bro & Sis, can select the design and style of the lingerie you want and place order to me.

The offer here is this. You will get up to 20% of the list price from the catalogue (depending on the style and design). However, I would required you to make down payment of 50% based on the list price (regardless of amount). Down payment can be sent by cheque or bank transfer. Details will be made available later when all are finalised. The outstanding will be made (minus the discount) will be made when you collect your order.

However, due to the extreme low margine I am get, I will not be able to provide any delivery (unless you are willingly to pay the S$5.00 delivery charge for purchase last then S$50.00 - final amount), you will collect your order from the destinated pick up point.

For the stated price, I think quality not too bad. I like the metallic strip with beads, adds a touch of class to the G-string. Looks like crystals but it's plastic lah. Quite worth it, IMHO.

I also checked back his website and he had improved on the layout.
