TS, i do not know whether this will work for you... If really you wish to build up muscle to enhance your love making then you may want to consider weight lifting... (your little one should be lifting instead)

bed exercise is better as you can try out all patterns (missonary, cow-girl, doggy, spoon... etc)
different pattern trained different muscles....

Typically, the muscles you use most is your back, hips, buttocks, and legs.
Also, you may want to consider working on the smaller muscles that support the main ones. If your inner thigh is tired, it does not matter if your thigh is huge as a barrel, you wont be able to thrust anymore.

You can work on them.

On a serious note, for better sex, it is important to improve your aerobic fitness rather than just simply strengthening your muscles. Should blood circulation be poor, the probability of maintaining an erection will diminish tremendously. As such, I would recommend jogging at least 3 times a week for a start.

In addition, it is good to strengthen your lumbar muscle and back muscle. Try doing "superman" stance i.e. face down, Lie on floor, hands straighten in front and lift your upper torso like superman. Another good exercise to strengthen lumbar support is to maintain a push up position and hold it there for at least 10 seconds.

Specfic muscles you may want to strength would be the PC muscles i.e. muscle you used to hold your urine. What you can do is to try lifting up your balls up without using your hands. It is a good idea of try maintaining your erection for as long as possible with your hands on a daily basis. There are plenty of literature how to improve your sex drive. Just do a google search.

Of cos, try to refrain masturbating too often else nothing you do will have much improvement on your sex drive. :D

Gym-ing can increase one's strength which is definitely useful for sex, after all, girls love to be fucked hard and furious like? And for me personally, after hitting the gym, I always feel horny, maybe due to better blood circulation and that's why always have a round of hot sex with my gf after that, if gf not available then it's a trip down to my favourite hc..

A person who is fit is definitely a better sex performer. Build up yr stamina, strengthen back, abdominal and leg muscle. But most important, must last longer. If 5 mins game over, how fit also no use.
