Westin is in Jalan Bukit Bintang. You are in the middle of where you can get lots of fun.

HC - Genesis Spa at Menara Genesis, Green Elephant at Sungai Wang Plaza, Skyriver at KL Plaza

Karaoke - high end ones, Bintang Palace, D'Vegas Club (ask the hotel for directions, within walking distance)

Mid-range ones - Crowne at Berjaya Complex, Cherry Blossom at Sun Complex.

Plenty of runners on the road, asking if you want service. Some will only bring you to a spa like those mentioned above and they get a cut. Others will offer you girls that come round in a car and you pick one. [Not sure if they still have this].

Up the road, Jalan Sultan Ismail there is Beach Club - many freelancers from aroudn the region. Can tapao for overnight.
