The incident took place at noon at a budget hotel near Jalan Wong Ah Fook. The man, in his mid-30s, tried to climb out of a window on the third floor of the building as the main entrance was guarded by policemen.

However, he was spotted and detained to aid investigations.

Vice, gambling and secret society investigation department commanding officer DSP Mohammad Abd Hamid said 30 local women and 35 foreign customers were detained in the raid.

Mohammad said police later conducted a raid at another budget hotel.

"Initial investigations show that sexual services were being offered between RM60 and RM100 at the budget hotels," he said.

He added that the suspected prostitutes had tried to flush condoms down the toilet bowl.

The prostitutes, aged between 22 and 35, were detained together with a woman in her 40s, who was believed to be the pimp.

Items seized during the raids included sex toys and cash amounting to RM12,000.

Police believed vice activities there has been going on for the past two months.

Supt Mohammad said police also confiscated RM12,000 in cash including contraceptives and towels.

The sex workers, he added, have been charging between RM60 and RM100 per encounter.

“The brothels operated daily and became a main meeting place especially on weekends for men seeking sexual services,” he said.

Ocean "Hotel" is not a budget hotel - more like Petain. Apparently untouched by raids so far.

Picture of hotel in the news would appear to be JB Hotel (same side as City Square). Earlier raid could be AoJi Hotel plus an adjacent one (opposite City) - mentioned of 2 hotels connected at 3rd level in the news.

To clear the doubts, Ocean hotel is not a hotel, is a red ligh districts. There are no rentals of rooms. The system is same with Petain and, Desker brothels. The WLs have rooms, u walk up a floor you see rooms with numbers.

The different are, bigger rooms and, never take pics. The look out men are not like PT uncles, i think they mean business. Service wise? I think try 1 time, don't think u want to take another girl.

There was no queue, all the people will just hang around and wait. Once the door open you must be the first to approach and shes yours.

One way way of knowing is by looking at the red lights on the wall. Only those rooms out of sight of the captain will have the lights. It is for them to monitor the time that the person in the room takes.

Still i think, Ocean WLs are open for bargains, 20 yrs ago an old friend took girls he bargain down to M$30.

20 years ago the price there was Rm$30 fixed price...... the system there is different from PT.

The WLs are paid an amount upfront by the "Boss" when they start work........ on every floor there is a table where the OKT will record in a "register" every customer that enters a room...... the WL will collect $30 from the customer and hand over to the table...... at the end of the day the takings/register are sent to the "Boss" who calculates how much each WL gets and the amount is debited against the loan...... the WLs stop working when the loan is fully paid....... they then repeat another cycle if they still need money.

Through the years...... their prices have increased by Rm$5 or Rm$10 until the present rate of Rm$65...... this price is fixed by the "Boss" so if the WL charges you less.... she has to top up the difference from her own pocket.

Your friend is bullshitting you if he say the WLs can bargain...... that was the SOP 20 years ago.

I heard the "Boss" has since passed away a few years ago and a new "Boss 2" is running the place now...... so I am not sure if the present system is still operating the same way.

General info on Ocean Hotel/WLs. Some data may be wrong - out of date. Hope useful to all. Would appreciate if everyone can help to edit/update - no copy right - no need to get me involved!!

Ocean "Hotel" is not a budget hotel. It is similar to Petain/Desker. Ocean has Ground Fl (lift landing/watch stall), 1st Floor (Storage ?), 2nd - 4th Fl WLs @ M$65, 5th Fl WLs @ M$40. Every floor has an OKT table and interesting "toilet". No brothel in Malaysia is legal - however no raid so far.

R60 Violet (now on leave or given up?) - nice looking/friendly - Malaysian Chinese. Excellent services (BBBJ etc). Ex Geylang CAT150, Petain CAT 50.

3rd Level Rooms: R38, R40, R42, R44, R46, R48, R50, R52, R74, R76

R42 Jennifer - Beautiful, young Malay from Sarawak. No GFE - all negative FRs. Not recommended unless U loves trying beautiful WL to test chemistry level.
R50 Elaine (Chinese) - Nice looking, chatty, friendly with good services (BBBJ etc) - highly recommended.

I am also old. Have been giving out +5 pts daily (have not zap anyone yet) in Petain/Geylang/Ocean - without expecting return - mostly to newbies/powerless Samsters. Purpose is to make SBF more lively, vibrant, informative and to encourage participations. All FRs should be rewarded - be it good or bad(well said) to complete information/detail.

Looking forward to posts/contributions/FRs from all. One more promise ("Xdecepticon") to reward with points - to show appreciation - only form of reward in SBF. Cheers :).

Bro..your 2nd post already hurt many samsters.,ocean already in existence since last century during late 70's and all WLs are observing basic hygienic procedures i.e washing thoroughly the body,sex organ etc before sexual intercourse commencing..i personally experiencing it since i first visited in late 1980's and till today they still practicing it.I recommend you to rephrase your above view or may u can describe as [ ...Ocean i feel ... for foreigners and middle aged cheongsters,however sometimes can find gems if u lucky..for RM65 or RM40 is a good budget for brothers if they want a quick release...cheers..] so ziadana...r u comfortable with this ? there are many senior samsters in this SBF therefore pls ensure what ever FRs or statement posted meet the following criteria..
1) true story 2) objective views 3) does not hurt other samsters and 4) your personal view only..becos one of our senior already said : One man's meat can be the other man's poison....take care bro..TQ

some typical WLs who observe hygienic are Room 22 L4(aiai),Room 60(violet),Room 56,[cant remember name] even some at top level offering RM40 per shot did the same procedure...i sometimes just paid them to be naked [no humiliation] then touch here and there,chit chat then leave! i personal feel that everyone there must have their own sad or not revealable stories..i try not to understand or know exactly what has resulted them to be a pros there , however by contributing a small sum will make them happy..or lighten their burden ..i m obligated ! cheers..[my personal view only]

Hygiene in Ocean is actually comparable to Petain (or more stingent? no kissing/painting/AR/CIM/fingering , BJ etc. Petain got all.) - however not legal ; no mandatory monthly check ups. Ocean uses small towels (cloth), - Petain uses disposal (paper). Ocean rooms are huge with toilets/showers - not in Petain. However condition of rooms rundown. Petain was like Ocean 3 years ago. About 50 CAT150/CAT80 Malaysian Chinese moved over from Geylang to Petain then - as Geylang slowly taken over by Chinese WLs (younger/prettier/sexier): http://www.sammyboyforum.com/showthread.php?t=152330&page=48 Houses/Rooms in Petain also renovated. Hope Ocean can follow Petain. Will be good for all (Malaysians/Singporeans) as an alternative/cheaper outlet to GBW/HolidayInn/Paragon/NZ/Lion Spas etc. Business must be good to allow owner of Ocean to renovate/invest. Good WLs (eg from Geylang/Petain) may move over as AV (Singapore) very stringent in renewing permits - many restrictions/requirements. JB also cheaper, no restrictions and (WLs) also nearer to families/friends. Thanks for feedbacks.

Yes, 3rd Level R50 Elaine is next to OKT's table. An Ocean veteran with fixed room - very popular. She is very friendly (sweet smile), chatty, nice looking and fit for her age (slight tummy) - just like Pat H16R11 (no tummy) of Petain, also Malaysian). Probably the best for service in Ocean now without Violet. Nice FR will up U next week - do give a new post then - many to ups. Cheers:).
