I think it was due to the typhoon in Taiwan - Cause various APAC submarine cable to break. In the end access to USA site traffic got choke up. Wait for awhile more and should be fine. Think it should be fine now as it looks good for me for past few days

for those in msia, you probably wont be able to access to gutter and other sensetive website as the goverment had imposed the censorship on internet.. well.. this is malaysia, welcome to the boleh-land!

anyway, i had figured it out for u guys there. first go to this website;

then scroll down to the middle, there is a http column for you, type your desired website (eg; gutteruncensored.com) then click surf and there you go.. enjoy yourself!
