Giving/Deducting Reputation Poins are still only allowed for 1 time every 24 hours?

Dear Boss Sammyboy and all Samster Brothers,

I am starting this session to seek clarification on giving/adding Reputation Points whether is there any changes in the System?

I am confused because one of my buddies Samster came to my Office this morning and happens that I was clocking some pictures in the Picture Exchange Plaza Thread to regain my power as my previous old postings was almost deleted by the System.

At that time, my buddy also wishes to do some posting of pictures because his nick was also become zero power and he used my Computer to post and to our surprise we realized that the same nick who had upped my Reputation Points also upped his within 1 hour interval.

When we saw this I try to give point to another Samster but that doesn’t work, the System says “you have given out too much Reputation in the last 24 hours, try again later” as earlier I’ve immediately returned favor to that nick that had upped me.

Now I am wondering it sit still only allowed for 1 time every 24 hours anot?

Hahahaha this happening again? Once upon a time I posted a same case as below but sad to say Boss Sammy didn't take action :(
