This newly opened branch charges $40 for transit for 3 hours ..... whadda.

This is strategically located, very near to all the living place of the service providers .... just 10 mins walk from TAM, but price very steep.

But the next nearest is H81 at Chinatown and Keong Saik.

Any bros will consider using ?

This is the controversial H81 which the nearby residents / shops had been complaining about, way before it was open.
They complained it will make the place into the 2nd Joo Chiat.
I'm not surprised they offer steep rates for transit.

Indeed the street became very noisy since many cars drive in and out and its a dead end road.

In Singapore: want to find a public place for sex can be a headache :D

Strategic locations allow for increased $$$ and they can charge u the price because you lan lan must use the svc :eek:

Put it this way, the extra $ if u use it to travel to other location doesnt it work out to about the same?

Tried once two weeks ago with no issues. 2nd time kenna rejected (just last week), both occupants must be local then ok. They change the policy maybe due to the complains.

I tried the place with my FB once.. admit for 40bucks for 3hrs i could get a similar room at bugis for 20 at 2hrs..

Also they will request to see the gal's IC so becareful who u bring there..

I went there before.. $40 for 3hrs.. too horny dat tym so just went for it. nothing special..anyway.. they allow only LOCALS to use the hotel. thats why they asked for girl's IC. this is what the staff told me. so bros.. dun waste time.. go other branches.. :o

Anyway Just a reccomendation, H81 Violet at lavendar has nice rooms for 20/2hrs

It comes with a see thru toilet and ample space.. only problem is the waiting time.. Cheers :)

I am not familiar with the area but what i can say is: it can be very hard to find a suitable location to do the "business" with the missus.

A strategic location allows the operator of the business to charge accordingly higher rates and they can jolly well do so because you will be buggered if you go someplace else.

The additional charge you would incur if you went to some other location would be equal to or higher than the money you will spend at this economic inn anyway.
