Hey bro..u are only 19..and at this age what u feel is perfectly normal. Get busy with other activities like joing the gym (mentioned by LustE), go play games in arcade or chit chat with your friends... AVOID looking at porn when u are bored and watch cartoon instead(i dont mean porn hentai). Since you have this problem when u are out, try to limit your outdoor activities too. stay at home more often :)
