A bit slim now, and I practice good grooming. I manage to french some but others who don't want, just let it be. You can't win them all, ok?

Take care, do not over exert yourself - there is no real hurry. Do wait for full recovery first. Your BMI is 25.7 which is slightly on the high side. Normal range is 18.5 to 25. Just aim for 2 Kg loss is sufficient (@68Kg). No need to overkill.
