Welcome to SBF... Elite Club... phew... been in there, but based on initial feeling ... I think the place is another upmarket joint, like Luna Bar on the upper floorz... Unless they have happy hour rates... at 65 an hour, definitely not worth it, as this only covers girls booking, nothing else...

BTW, what time were you around there ? Did you enquire on the packages for drinks (beer, whisky, etc..), that would give a better indicator..

Last night was at Mercury, 5 persons, at about 8.00pm. One thing, they only have 11 rooms... so there was no rooms available as it was happy hour... very popular...

Made a few calls, got a room booking, but only after happy hour. So hung around outside at the bar until the room was available. We bought a bottle first at the bar, RM415 ++ (about RM 488).

Room available, mummy came in and briefed us about the rates. RM40++ an hour, minimum 4 hours. Extra charges will be billed (7 hours).

The package was RM 1288 for 3 Black Labels, free Red Wine (but since we know the bosses, we got free 2 bottles of Champange)

The gers... not bad, SYT, mine was Catherine, my fren'z was Suzanne and Cleo... Mine was wild, but the $$$, I reserve for HC better ...

Total Damage - RM2.5k... phew... (but my fren bonk his ger lorr) .. the booking is in units of 4 hours... so its 4, 8, 12, etc... so gers bookings - about RM 320 each (except my frenz... RM 600 becos of extra service). Room was free...

Overall OK, if not for the damage... but now I got lubang to call them and make booking for room....but for HH, must book day before.. BTW, we finished at 4am....

Last night was at Why Not KTV at Paramount PJ... Recce mission turned ambush... fellow comrades Master, TD, Ciblover, Boinker and a fren of masters...

Total bill RM 1268... butterfly concept for gers... but each ger already have RM50 charged to bill... playability of gers... not very good... (except TDs Commando...)... Bottle was reasonable at RM 365 ++ with 2 free mixers... but additional coke was at RM 70 per jug... also... room was charged at 100... which I thot was ridiculous... considering the bill...

yea la Why Not is not worth it last time I went the room charges was FOC even with 30% alcohol left from a previous visit but don't know why now they charged RM100 for the room eventhough we got a bottle of whisky. First time I experienced room charges even after taking the bottle package.

My 1st girl was like a dead fish coz no chemistry and the only redemption was the 2nd one who was very wild.

To answer Why Not? :-

1. One of the most expensive middle class KTV in KL/PJ but the extra expense does not live up to its price. Even cost more than Deboss and Mercury.
2. Girls are not up to standard in terms of looks - very average, only 1 good looking one out 20+ girls we saw.
3. Room was charged at RM100 eventhough we got the whisky package, by right it should be free.
4. Most of the girls are not really playable
5. Mummy's perception of beauty is way off, when we said no good she bring another bunch which was twice as ugly.


To answer Why Yes?
1. Got one or 2 gems the 2nd one I got was a real commando.. my tongue was very tired that night.
2. Eventhough mummy's perception is out, she was friendly and did try her best to accomodate us.

Overall I'd rate Why Not a 5/10 ... in summary if you are staying near PJ and all the other KTVs are fully packed and you just won 4D, then no harm trying Why Not. Otherwise you're better of TFK or visit the nearest HC.

Yes, it the club building by itself. The upper deck of the pub is ideal for TCCS session i guess. free parking behind and can order food from their rest as well. Upper deck is not so noisy.

last time this place damn havoc one.. actually a fuck shop disguised as ktv....
mostly idons with prc n viets..

modus operandi .. u get a ktv room.. chiew geng.. select gal.. they will try their level best to get u to go up to room... but if u dun like selction.. just tip them rm 10 to rm 50 depending on length of stay.. so u can actually go through 10 gals... and pay them rm 10 each.. but they will butterfly all room.. not just say max 2 to 3 rooms etc.. as agin this is not really KTV.. but fuck shop...

but really good experience here.. my mat salleh freinds love it.. sure score n can raba many gals in one session.. dunno if still same concept?

its easy to find.. there is a pub at the lobby of this place.. beside the pub will be an escalator.. just go up .. then u will see reception.. they will ead u into a main lobby and the ktv rooms are at the back.. rooms are basic.. just like ava downsatirs room.. drinks are affordable....

was at SB puchong last nite. 3 guys 3 gers (all VC). Me sitted with 2 VC as my other fr dont like all the stock shown (mainly VC, some PRC and Indon).

Drinks few jugs of beer and leftover of some whisky last mth. Drinks bill was about $600 exclu tips. 2 of us went for extra and the 3rd guy took a prc from the hotel for overnite at $800.

It was fun but all of us tired cos we went for Klang nite life 1 day tour earlier :D from 6pm till 11pm. Went to J KTV for 2 hrs then to 1 pub in town and then another behind Giant at Bkt Tinggi. Went back to Jazz n Blue but was chased out cos no reservation as they were running full hse with Miss Something contest...

then went to this last time 'Song&Song'. i think bro Dk said plaza ampang is not this 1 la bro sexcuore.. it was all dark & no people around last nite, maybe they operate quietly? anyway i did not go inside & check.

lastly settle for subaru with 2 packages of beer.

went to MAA sapphire club last nite with 2 oversea fr. Forgottern it was dumpling festival, so not many CKT around. Seen some familiar NL faces (worked other places before lo). Beer dirt cheap !!! Only $88++ for 3 jugs during HH and $250++ after HH. 17 rooms, mainly CKT and NL stock. Butterly system til HH and nite is at $50 per hr booking.

Had 2 packages and some food..bill came in around $400 plus (incl mummy tips). Fr tips $50 to the 3 gers they took, me with my own stock.

Overall, like the new deco and friendly mummy (Yyonne, quite young and good looking i must say, ex GRO) and manager. Decent place to entertain clients. Will sure go if thirsty for beer one day in KL .:D

My fr asked me to joined him for a beer at Sunway Butterfly and i almost forgotern bout tis place for long d. Reached there 6pm and unsure how they opearate now, so just stand at the main door asking 1 service guy.

He was quite friendly and told us they used to have 1st floor but now biz so so, so they reno grd floor and its open concept with 17 sofa sets...in dark ambience..he he...look like LSB aka ee tan dong...

all young NL and tips and butterfly basis...HH beer less then $40 (small jug tiger), we sitted for 2 jugs of beer and TCCS a bit. When we about the leave by 7pm, came in a group of chinese cus...and about 4 or 5 NL young gers...

Guess best time to go is after 9pm, more stock and some drinks before went will help...never really seen similiar set up around in KL lately...:D

Went to glitter ktv@summit USJ early last nite cause had to bring clients who are staying there for some fun. Mummy named tina served (OLD).... brought in first round of GRO... no quality, second round came... worse than the first round.... last round came in.... Lost appetite to eat for three days!!! Either to old, too meaty, no proportion or weird looking...(like going to freak show!!). Manager named jeremy came in later to explain to us that all the good girls taken already (gave standard excuse) Then I told the him that we came in early and i noticed that not many rooms were occupied....he then said that most girls didn't come to work...blah blah... After that i told him to leave the room so that i could discuss with my clients. Asked the waiter serving the room after giving him a $20 tip, he said that the top mummy there left for another club with most of the young and hot girls but he dunno which club. Been to Desert Pub at Sunway Mentari for the past 2 nites for world cup and i noticed they are PRC walking up to the stairs next to the pub.

Later found out from the gers working at the pub that these PRC are working at $20 / hr booking upstairs with KTV. Haven got the chance to go up to check but seen some pretty gers walking up. Any how, the MIB know about this place and some raids were carried out according to the pub gers, but ther were released after few hours...hey hey...you know why la..

For those who is keen to check out, it is opp ProJet Petrol Station Sunway Mentari, next to Butterfly and Desert Pub. No signboard, just climb up the staircase next to the mamak restaurant...

Actually, I was in President Club yesterday with some friends (which by the way was quite happening... I think full house) and met with one of the guys from atlantis... it is not opened yet but they are renovating the carpet inside...so must be opening soon... They opened a new place somewhere near the Federal Highway called Avenue 5 or something like that yesterday... haven't chk out yet but will do so soon. This is a very wild open question you asked. Cos there more then 30 KTV in KL area. You will need to be specific to tell us what is yr preference and budget, only then will try the best to direct you, otherwise, will have to write a bible to guide to thru....:D

My personal rec are De Vagas, BP now mainly by so call PRC singers, local shy away liao. These 2 are 5 star KTV, quite up market with room charges and highest ger hour charges. Not to say take away or extra action in the toilet.

Golden horses is also not bad if you like malay gers during HH. By nite, more local CKT but prepare to pay for more. Deluxe at Ampang had changed to Dragon Palace, same mgt with G Horses.

PM me for my contact if you need more info when you are here as it is hard to know what specifically you are looking for as the clubs here are catering for diff segments of clients.

But i went to the web site see all 1.5K (Sing dollar) like that... and that is just the room and drinks only... thats really very high class haha... and if go to godfather KTV one bottle 398 split by 4 to 5 person each pay about 100 at most for the drinks and room... so maybe the guildline is about this standard... but i really appreciate all the friendly brothers intro... will give you guys a FR and feedback when i am back... stay tune!!! :D

* Watch and control the extras. Some gals will want to order cigarettes, extra drinks, etc.
* When first arrive, ask the mummy about the available packages, rates, booking, tips to gals, etc. Let the mummy know what sort of gals you are looking for. Ask about 'extras'. Ask about possible extension after happy hour. etc

Hehe.. yeah... i know ur MO in SG... buy a bottle... play with the girl... here... we tend to drink quite a bit at the KTV... another difference is that most KTVs have Butterfly during SH... in KL... they typically push for bookings at about RM50 per hour... min 3-4 hours... So if you take a typical KTV bill

RM 500 drinks + tidbits (1 bottle of whatever drink on promo)
Tips ... RM50 mommy... RM 10 X 2 waiters = RM70
Girls ... Booking 3 hours X RM50 = RM150
Girls Tips 4 X RM 50 = RM 200

Total Damage for 4 ppl = RM 920 +10 +5 = est RM1100 4 ppl is less than 300 per person... if you include toilet action (about average RM150)... will be about 450 per person...

- Go during HH... but bear in mind... ang pais dun normally work HH... so quality of gers may differ between HH and SH
- If you are familiar with the mummy... ask her to sign off on Water and Coke/Mixers FOC for you... this will save u heaps as the girls drink soft drinks by the jugs...
- Butterfly... the risk is most ppl book girls... so if on a good night... most of your girls will 'disappear' unless you book them
