Questions regarding 2 ics system for hotels for foreigners

Hi to all sammy bros, been reading alot of post on the new checkin system. My friend from overseas is coming to town next month, was wondering if anyone knows if he can just check here by himself and still be aright or does he need to follow the 2 ic check-in system as well???

Hope any bros can give some me input. Thx :)

If he provides a foreign passport, I think he will be able to check in himself. There's no law that states travelling overseas to Singapore must be in 2s. ;) The checking into hotel with 2 ICs only applies to local, I suppose.

Only transist need 2 ic....whole day, 1 name will do.. If your friend got caught in raid juz tell the truth. Hes a foreigner, don think AV will bother him ....:)
