Why is female same-sex sexual activity is legal but male same-sex sexual activity is illegal? :confused:

Dr. Balaji once condemned the gay men for spreading HIV. As a Senior Minister of State & Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he definitely has his own reliable source before making the comment.

That's why MSM is illegal.
