My RealPlayer seem to always return "software update required" message but RealCentre says everything's ok when contacted.

download and save it in your HD first ... after that open from there.. u will be able to view. anyway ur realplayer must be updated to play 3gp files

THANKS ... QuickTime couldn't define ".3gp" file types while a re-installation of RealPlayer still ended up with the same problems.
Anyway, I've heeded another samster's advice & downloaded the Nokia PC Suite ... it worked. :D
