Yes, I only patronise the escort agencies as one of the options, especially when time is not on my side.

So far my experience with them are very pleasant. I don't get to the big one. I always clarify what I am looking for and normally is satisfied. my friend did, back 1.5yrs ago. they have no barfine system.
i cant remmeber what was the price but it was overall cheaper den what we pay in soi cowboy and the likes.

for example, it was 1500thb for ST, and that 1500 is everything in, inclusive of barfine, and this 1500 is payable to the mamasan, not the girl.
and i think if ST, the girl needs to report back to the bar after the deed, say 2 hours later.

2000thb gives u LT, and also payable to the bar instead of the girl. Girl's urs for the night, after which anything u give to the girl are considered tips for the girl.

If you don't mind spending a little bit more, the Grande Sukhumvit by Sofitel is not bad. Rates around S$120, confirm GF, and quite a nice hotel to boot. Small bonus, is on Soi 6 and is <5mins walk to Nana Plaza, so can save you the taxi fare there and back!

Last time I went to BKK, I stayed at the Dream BKK. Nice lobby, rooms a little too flashy (as we singaporeans say, "gek seh"). 200+m walk to the main Sukhumvit road also quite irritating in the hot weather. That said, 100% GF, and super cool staff and customer service (especially at the roof top pool bar).

Getting settled into BKK slowly :cool:

Much less commando than previous recce trips. So far only RTF my Isaan farmgirl at Star of Light (hmm that should be RT get BJ), sweet for me (700, drinks 100). Definitely not for everybody. Just went there on Friday, with 2 other friends, one of which is Thai.

We basically bar-hopped the entire stretch, but it was quite fail. The little stages have anywhere from 1-3 girls (except the last one we visited; the one closest to Saphan Kwai with the projection TV), and they don't seem to rotate very frequently. Prices of beer also not standard between joints... they actually vary very wildly. First joint we went into, think it was 'For You', a beer (large one) cost 320 baht. I think the last one we went into had the very same beer for 100 baht. Either way, the place is really cheap.

Didn't try the girls though... everything we saw was quite CMI. To put it in another way, I wouldn't do any of them, with any of yours'. ;) Ended up hit ~12.30am and we moved to contingency B: head to Nana.

No idea what soi it is on exactly, but if you're coming from Sutthisan/LLad Prao, just follow the road straight down towards Saphan Kwai, and you can't miss the neon lights just before you hit Saphan Kwai. Alternatively, from Poseidon on Ratchada, turn left at the red light and keep going straight until you see the neon lights on your left.

Estimated travel times in Bangkok are dubious at best. There are just too many variables. Day/time/driver/traffic/weather/etc. Also, you didn't state which go-go area. :rolleyes:

If not mistaken , the trains run till 11+pm and I would still stick to it unless they close for the day. Sukhumvit traffic is a nitemare even after midnite. Just remember to bring a hotel name card so your driver knows where you are staying if you cant speak thai or too drunk!

There are many apartment-hotels around Ratchada that ask about 600baht a nite. But when you are booking for 1 month, the rate drops alot.
The rooms are usually quite big, and they are cleaned on a daily basis.

Many working ladies/girls stay in these apartment buildings in this area, so apart from the good location (ratchada), the affordable room rate, you will also get the chance to get to know these chics. I have witnessed girls coming out of the lift, and walking straight across the Soi to work in Copacabana.

You can start looking on Soi 17, right next to Poseidon, walking down the lane there are at least 3 such apartment buildings. The one I stay most often is Watana Mansion. This even has a swimming pool for you to cool yourself during hot bangkok days.

u could also consider throwing in some few day trip to Hua Hin/Chonburi/Pattaya or Ayutthaya during ur 1 mth stay there...or cheong more first few days in BKK find a chick whose driving a car, wah best, she can be ur free driver cum tour guide:D

Why stay in Chinatown unless your company insists to put you up there. Chinatown is boring. Expensive food, fake shark's fin and birdnest. Haha.

There's Texas Soapy Massage in Chinatown. Not sure if it's still in business. Closer to Hua Lamphong Train Station there's a soapy MP also. Signage in Thai. Girls are low quality. Personally, after all these years, I still enjoy Nana now and then.

The thing I hate most about playing back home is the time restriction. (Unless someone can intro somewhere without, for the next time I fly back. ;) ) Over at Nana, however, I can grab a few beers, leer at nubile semi-naked women, then maybe ta pow one for as long as I want. Ground floor: car park, small entrance to hotel but u have lifts here that by pass the front desk. These lifts go up to the floors where the rooms are ( no need do the " walk of shame " ). Escalators from ground level goes to 1st floor.

Ist floor : Reception, business center, restaurant, KTV/bar ( with " CAFE " as the signage above the doors ). Clean, good deco, rather hip. Front desk staff are all young people with jeans and purple T shirts. Polite, friendly, attentive.

Booked a Studio with Tim. Front desk upgraded me to a Cool Studio ( corner room ). Everything in the room new. Flat plasma, DVD player, Stereo, mini fridge, tea/coffee making items, clean bed sheets, nice big openable windows with light and heavy curtains, 2 bath slippers, 2 white sleeping ropes, electronic safe, wooden floors. Furniture in funny bright colours.

The best is the bathroom. All items provided ( toothpaste, toothbrush, bath gel, bath soap, etc ). Big bath room with a DOUBLE person tub that has a sitting position. 1 x fixed in shower head, 1 x flexible shower hose.

Toilet seat is okay. Fawn from Shark was on top of me while i was on the seat ( now no need to book a " toilet seat " session in Haru Haru Club ). As for the tub, we had great fun on and in it. Doggie and standing positions recommended here because the tub has numerous edges, hold on areas for you or her to steady oneself ( so that one does not fall or slide down on a wet tub ) before full the penetration jamboree.

Rooms and bathroom are well lit unliked Palazzo Studio rooms.

Walls are thick enough okay. Just do not book a room with connecting doors.

You check in one person, can request for a 2 person breakfast. I never use that " 2nd person breakfast " during my 3 nights stay here. Breakfast, poorer than Palazzo with asian , western with 4 types of choices, 1 congee station, eggs station. Palazzo has more breakfast choices.

Hotel not crowded. Breakfast not many people. But what turned me totally off was that the restaurant manager and 2 other guys in same same kind of suits started to help themselves to the buffet breakfast when the breakfast crowd were done. Did not spot any in this hotel but saw a lot cheongsters in Palazzo.

Overall, a very nice stay here but a bit quiet.

Went to Calyso Hotel to have a lookie. Promotion rate is thb 1000 for standard room. But very small hotel, small tiny reception, no breakfast for promo period, small restaurant. No e-mail address. You have to call or fax to make a reservation. Reception people are friendly enough. And girl friendly.

was in bangkok 2 weeks ago. went into a few agogo bars.. soi cowboy and nana plaza, as recommended by an ang moh that i met in a pattaya gogo bar. went patpong too, but kind of window shopping at the bars..

Bangkok agogo bars pale in comparison to Pattaya. Needless to say so does the beer bars coz there are just tons of them in Pattaya. I would say there is about 80 agogos in pattaya and about 1000's of beer bars while I can say its around the slightly less in Bangkok and spread over a greater distance. And off course since soi zero and the beer bars across Clinton is gone , there leave only soi 22 and the Asoke area.

Many prefer the 'whiter' girls found in Bangkok instead of the Issan gals in Pattaya but gems can be found on Pattaya too. Rainbow bar's equalivent in Pattaya is SuperBaby and Super Girl as well as Peppermint and Happy but to me attitude is more important that looks. ;) On a scale of fun factor and convinience of choice , I rate pattaya 8 while I give Bangkok only a 5

Just for interest sake, correct me if I am wrong in the below assumption on gogo bars in Bangkok -

Definately , we went into Playskool, Hollywood Rock, Lollipop, Red Lips, Rainbow 1 to 4, peeked into Fantasia and Spanky's, went to Mandarin, Angel Witch, G-Spot, and 2 more bars on the 3rd level. That bro was hunting liked a mad bugger and no luck at all in any of the bars. I think he cannot make up his mind , was too slow to act or made direct head on unsuccessful attacks on the girls he hoped to BF. No finesse at all and rather crude in his methods which actually turned off the girls !. Must be cool, don't be in a hurry, relax and don't get too damn excited , i told him. Or you will looked liked a newbie horny hog to the agg girls !!!!.

We also made comando raids in all the KT bars, Obession, Casanova, Cascade,Temptations in NEP. I think we bloody well freaked ourselves out in doing that but managed to exit well enough. Its all a matter of personal taste. Some angmo like fair skin and some asians like dark skin. In Pattaya you can find 300B LT on the beach as well! But like you said , qualitity sucks. Worst than Deskar Road indian aunty! 5555 :D

But pattaya for me is still much much better than Bangkok. Beach , bitch and everything in between! Hotel with excellent pool is about 700B a nite , LT is about slightly above half the Bkk price for same qualitity. Everything a man wants is within a 15mins walk from Pattaya Central and you also find many thai 'tourist' looking for 'friends'.

What I see the main difference is the attitude. Maybe Pattaya is more a holiday town as compared to the capital. Bangkok gals tend to be more business like and its pay fuck-goobye-type. Pattaya girls tend to stay if you invite them a day at the beach or other tourist stuff.

Off course if its company send or on company expenses , Pattaya is too troublesome la! And also Bangkok Nana nite out is better than Golden Mile!

There'll be some jams along the way to Chonburi. Everywhere people splash water and flour along the roads from their pickups. During Songkran the traffic in BKK is a breeze. You wish the traffic is like this everyday in BKK! Maciam have ERP gantries. Haha.
