Hi there...
I believe in Karma...
That why I don't do bad things to people and always help if I can. :)

Karma is a simplistic theory that originated amongst the Indians thousands of years ago. Like the God theory, it is based on speculation and ignorance amongst the ancient peoples.

The plain truth is that the consequences of one's actions are unpredictable. Sometimes a kind deed is rewarded, sometimes not. The idea that good is rewarded with good, and evil with evil is one that is based on naivete.

Actually, every event that happens in the world is linked to a prior event by a never-ending series of cause-effect chains. This is the theory of determinism and one which is accepted by most scientists and philosophers.

Just like if you set your sights on a colour or a number, you will eventually come to believe in your own conspiracy. There are studies that show that if you think you keep noticing certain colours, its only because you will yourself to it, and overlook all the other colours.

In my opinion, its like retribution. As long as you keep setting your sights on it, any kind of bad event will make you believe in your own conspiracy.

I only know that if you do good things, it will help you ward away any mishap coming your ways....just like if you set animal free etc....this are good deeds and in turns will help you change your luck

I don't know whether should i say believe or not.

But one thing in life is whatever decision whatever action whatever we do is a change reaction to our own future. Sometimes after making a decisionand u went down that path just to stop for awhile and think back what if i have make the decision the other way.... That life i guess.

As karma i don't know i do believe it exist. But like mention it will change base on what u are doin currently

This thing we call karma has often been misunderstood. Most people think that the things they do in the past will affect the present. It is actually about what you do in the present that will redeem the past and change the future.

Yes, I am really sure of this......... Well just to share what this Karma thing is like...... Originated from India within the Buddhist believers some 2 to 3 thousand years ago......

In the nut shell there is some thing call long term karma and short term karma.... This is really complicated as it involves in this life time and also after life....... that is how long and short it may takes....

In laymen term if now you walk on a street and kick someone, what will happen, most likely you get it back immediately..... This is something like short term karma, as for long term karma, you may get to experience it during this life time, but it may influence you in the next life time...... It all depends on what and how you had done it.........

In scientific terms its like the Newton's Law or something like that FOR and ACTION, there is ALWAYS an EQUAL and OPPOSITE REACTION.......

Just my 2 cents worth........

Karma is older than Buddhism. Belief in karma is also a core belief of Hindus, and depending on how you look at it, Hinduism predates Buddhism, or that Buddhism is a branch of Hinduism.

Good for good, evil for evil sounds nicely symmetrical but if you think about it, this resembles a fairy tale world, much like belief in a terribly powerful being who keeps watch over everything we do.

Unfortunately, truth is stranger than fiction. And the truth is that in the world of cause-effect, humans are not exempt and whether or not you are leading a good life today and in the future depend mostly on factors beyond your control -- a blend of your genes and your environment.

All I know is that if you are nice to ladies your chances of getting to bed them is much higher!

(that's to put a sexuall twist to this thread, otherwise moderator may consider it irrelevant to a sex forum!) ;)

Karma..the system of rewarding/punishment of the good/evil u did in a certain time in an uncertain time in the future.

it makes sense if the guy who created this system is mad..
serves no guiding purpose at all..

imagine a parent dont reward/punish the kid immediately but reward or slap the kid 30 years later and the kid asks why only to be replied with..dont ask why..go reflect what u did last time..

but we do reap what we sow..its a different system from karma..
