Now the defence lawyers want Prosecutors to proof that Cecilia's tender actually get "preferential treatment" from NBG after the bjs.

Hmm, methinks the reason why nobody admits to the charge is Cecilia is actually NBG's fb.

According to the charge sheet, NBG obtained 4 bjs within a period of 6 months and Cecilia's supposed to have changed employers during this period. Its kinda hard to prove that either employers of Cecilia actually got any "preferential treatment" for any tenders during this period. Singov tenders that need to be approved at NBG level takes notoriously long period of negotiation.

Don't remember which section Liao. But I was charged under section 377 more than 20 years ago for having oral sex and was lucky to escape with probation. The io some more say I lucky never kena rape charge which would have meant section 376 and free fuck in prison.

Ok, I take back what u said about oral sex bring illegal and chargeable under Section 377 of the Penal Code. It used to be illegal and chargeable under said section, but a review of the law made it illegal only if either party is not a consenting party in the act or if the act is perform between 2 males. Else, the coast is clear for NBG.

My above post where I said I was charged under 377A is during a time that non penetrative sex is consider unnatural sex and is still chargeable under section 377A. That was more than 20 years ago.
