Was passing through Changi Airport terminal one day and saw this couple quarrelling loudly. The woman was speaking loudly at the man near one of the entrances.

Anyway, I would guess the most common STD passed on to women and subsequently detected by them is Trichomoniasis. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trichomoniasis

Because:

1) Men usually have no symptoms and harbor it silently for years without knowing

2) There are no specific tricho tests for men

3) The clinics only test tricho from women who are infected

4) That's when the party starts
