I actually find the East Coast Lagoon Hawker quite a nice place to chill but probably during weekend when it is not so crowded.

There's a beer garden selling varieties of beer ranging from tiger beer to Hoegarden, order a couple of ice cold beer in buckets n order some chix wings, satay, sambal stingray, la la, sit there and chill on a cool breezy day with the smell of the sea breeze will be the best.

Just dress down with no make up and in shorts, tank top,bun up the hair.

That will be my most ideal chill.
