Just use Fleet laxative oral/anal, available in Guardian or Unity. Use it around 6 hours before you plan to do anal.

Make sure your partner is hydrated though, take a lot of 100 plus during that 6 hours or take the oral rehydration solution (the one that doctor give you when you have diarrhea).
