You cannot compare a guy and girl's weight this way cos there are many factors inbetween.

Guys generally have heavier bones than similar sized girls. Guys also tend to have bigger muscles. So 2 guys with the same height who are both 80kg may look quite different depending on whether he's fat or muscular.

If a girl is 166cm and 80kg, I think most likely she is rather fat cos a muscular 166cm girl will at most be around 50-60kg.

I think fat can be subjective. Some girl's are skinny but have bigger thighs or arms or abit of flabby around the tummy.

Blame mainstream media. Humans are social animals and we pick up behaviors socially. If TV, magazines, newspapers, etc glorify fat girls since we're kids, we would have loved fat girls. Behavorial science.
