bigger..Missed periods alone aren't an issue - stress etc. Weight gain alone isn't an issue - increased food intake etc. Enlarged breasts alone aren't an issue - water retention etc. Together? Hmm.

Do another urine test to be sure, this early (1-2mths?) it's easy to get a false negative. See a doctor to be sure.

Bro, nothing to worry lar....unless your GF is under age....if she isn't, then quickly got to the nearest clinic get the Doc to check....pregnacy test kit might not be 100% accurate...so go see the Doc....they can telll.....

By the way, if you discover fast and want to abort the fetus, it is possible as long as before 12 to 15 weeks. after that it is dangerous to the female....

Gynae test it 5 weeks later also show very, very faint line (colour change).

Sorry, May i suggest that you bring your girl to any neighbourhood clinic and get the test done instead.
Just tell the GP that she missed her period. Very hassle free, The GP will not ask too many questions, after explaining to you the results.

I know that off the shelf test kits are 99% accurate, but it happened to fail on me twice, so i must be that unlucky 1%.

Better to go find out early, so that you would have more time to react and consider the options layed out before you.

-Was any form of contraceptive used?
-Was she in her fertile period when both of u had sex?

Calculate from her last menses (day1), about 12-17 days from it will be her fertile period...if both had sex during this period and no form of contraceptive is used, there is a possiblity that she might get pregnant.

Since both r in twenties.. How is the relationship going? any plans to settle down?

Pregnancy test kits are so convienently available and is inexpensive... it is so easy to use, even a teenager would know how to use.. though the result is not a 100% accuracy, but still worth a try.....

breast engorement /fullness occurs too when a female period is nearing...
weight gain is not a significant sign as water rentention is ladies during the period b4 menses can be also from 1-5kg...

Not to mention, mood swings, emotions can delay her period or trigger her period to arrive earlier........
