Bro you can check police but only if accident or traffic related. You can say that he bumped you or what, then they will try to find. Then when they find, you can pretend and say not the fella to get the info. My bro did this once to track down ex-girlfriend to get money back. Haha.

Nobody is allow to provide information from the "company" or government computer to anyone. This is breaking the law and the person will not only lose his job but also be punished by the law.
I believe you heard that some policeman get caught with this action before.
LTA will not provide the car information to anyone - it will only provide to the insurance company or lawyer.
If the lawyer (knowing the law) or insurance company pass that information
to anyone else - they will be breaking the law.
