Hi people, I need your recommendations.

I looked through the threads but I can't find a decent tuina that is done by a TCM practitioner. I am having circulation problems in my body, i.e. palms and feet cold, neck and head heaty.

Hope someone can recommend a specialist TCM practitioner that do tuina for this kind of circulation problem. Thanks.

Ma Kuang is good, so when you go in tell the reception what is your problems and she will pick the suitable for you.
Middle road center is the one with the most Drs. there.
Good Luck

i kenna like what you describe b4..... damn scary, i thought its heart problem, i went for all types of massage..... there is this chinese massage place in parklane shopping mall, its on the fifth floor, a few doors away from a travel agency, the massage is done by 2 old man.... very good... but must make appointment, the old man only do 4-5 customers a day.... he said very shiong for him.

i went to another ang mo type.... used to be at tanglin, now move to camden medical centre..... its on the 8th floor.... got 2 osteopath.... one lady by the name of virginia.... very strong girl... speaks with an aussie accent..... another ang mo guy... aussie... can't remember his name...

by alternating between these 2 places, i'm ok now.

you also need to do some stretching yourself and watch what you eat, its partially hypertension also.

pm me if you want more directions, i'll try to dig up their cards.
