i was wondering i did rememeber clearly upping someone's points tho i am a 10 pointer. but he thinks i cant and therefore did not cos i am a 10 pointer. can somebody pls justify this?

Did you notice the "0" after your Rep Pts at the top right corner of your posts? That "0" means that you have "0" Rep Power. Therefore whether you add or zap ppl, it will not affect the person's Rep Pts

You need 15 Rep Pts to have a Rep Power of 1.

For every 1 year, you will be given 1 addition Rep Power. However, you still need 15 Rep Pts to activated the Rep Power. Even if you have joined the forum for 10 years, as long as your Rep Pts is below 15, you will still have no Rep Power.

Further to what bro CP said... u can still UPz ppl just that they will see a GREY card... meaning that no pts was upped or decreased.

Bro, try to up him again. If u can up him tis time, it means u hav not up him before cos u can't up a person a second time within a certain period of time.
