Since it's in 1st trimester 0-12 weeks, can take oral pills for abortion.
Warning, there might be constant pain and contractions while on pills.

For lower risk, go to hospital for abortion. Which I strongly encourage.

Or the maid inform employer she got something urgent to attend back home, need to fly back urgently for a couple of days.

Pre-arrange an appointment with hospital for an abortion, fly back, head to hospital for abortion appointment, the procedure takes 2 hours and she out.

Don't ask me where to get pills, find out yourself.
