The last time i went, i totally go naked and the lady, Xiao Li, didn't ask me to wear. When doing the mosha, her hand accidentally (maybe purposely..:D ) touched my didi. But too bad, no special. According to what i know, this Xiao Li formerly worked in another TN in Yishun and she performed special. Maybe need to give them some time as this TN is new.
