If u tell your friend he is touching you or has not gotten over you, your friend will just see you as a jealous ex-gf. The best thing now is to avoid both of them if you can. Do not put yourself in situations/place where you will feel awkward.

I wonder why u are still so nice to your "best friend"? If she is indeed best friend, she will know better than to date ur ex-BF. Don't tell me crap like love is blind, blah blah.... She obviously has little regard abt how u feel, when she decides to hook up ur ex-BF!

It's definitely best to stay away from them. It's pretty convincing that what he's looking for is physical contact with you. He isn't interested in getting back together with you, just looking for more sex.
