If we are still healthy, and have once or twice bad experience, I still think exercising would be the best.

Pills are just for fun (at this stage, and hopefully it stays this way). And it's really undeniably powerful. Not too sure about side effects, nothing happened to me.

W/o arousal, it probably won't make you stay hard for 2 hours. BUT, with arousal, it can, definitely no issues, rock hard. And after resting for (say) 30 minutes after your 2 hours battle, with arousal again, your rooster will still marikita easily.
