Yes, it's a hassle as fellow brothers have suggested but it is not compensation nor "revenge" which I feel you must go for but rather your innocence...your life, your character.

haha, i have spoken to some lawyer friends.. obviously. she can choose to be a bankrupt... like Dr chee for eg.. but how long can she be a bankrupt? So long as she is living, she has to pay what the judge has asked for. This is a civil suit.

Criminally, there is evidence that she has given false evidence under oath and made a false police report. She could go to jail for this!
