Yes TS, you may choose many of the waxing saloons now as they are more common now, but I personally find it still expensive. If you have a home to call your own, you may want to consider just buying a waxpot and wax and do it on your own, better that way.

Well, it is relatively new tech so we do not really know for sure if it is save, but if you are that concerned, then just get waxed or buy your own equipment to wax then.

however, ipl is using light. This light travels through the skin until it reaches the hair root. As the light is absorbed by the bulb, the hair shaft are burn and destroy.

So, theoretically it should not reach the testicles.
