Suggestions for people to get to use the chatroom more

The chatroom for lack of a better word is depressing and desolated... we have so many bros reading the forum (hundreds) but so few people using the chatroom.. any way for us to use it more often?

naturally more people come here to read catergorized discussions contained within their individual threads

but u can invite more girls to join the chatroom....that will work...
