Thk u for being a flexible man.
I'll take out the TCSS line so that the thread can be more focus on daily exchange rate & music/song input. If China threads & Thai threads can be so well-done with them, why not indo's? Since tis 3 countries including indo were the top 3 most talk abt and viewed threads in the international forum.
Not going to argue,as mod's decision should be final.
I respect tat.
Have a good day,mod.

Imagine 10 youtube video in a post (5 youtube video in a post & i quote the whole post of 5 video & add another 5 of my own),15 posts in a page of thread with 10 youtube video in each post will be 150 youtube video. It might cripple the entire page.

Celebrity pimp Robby Abbas attends his trial at the South Jakarta district court in relation to an online prostitution ring that involved several celebrities on Sept. 22. Robby has been sentenced to one year and four months in prison for his role in the high-class prostitution ring.
The National Police arrested two alleged pimps and two celebrities in an operation targeting a high-class prostitution ring, a police officer said on Friday.
Sr. Cmr. Umar Surya Fana, an officer at the National Police's Criminal Investigation Unit (Bareskrim), said that police investigators arrested two pimps and two female celebrities, with the initials NM and PR, at a five-star hotel in Central Jakarta on Thursday evening.
Umar said that clients had been paying between Rp 50 million and 120 million for three-hour sessions with the two celebrities.
Umar added that that the two pimps were connected with Robby Abbas, who was arrested in May as part of an operation targeting high-class prostitution. He was later sentenced to one year and four months imprisonment.
Umar said that the police had discovered the locations of the two pimps three days ago and began an operation to capture them. Police investigators went undercover and contacted one of the pimps, claiming to be seeking a date for a business colleague. The police were then sent a catalogue of celebrity photos via mobile phone and given a list of requirements before booking a certain celebrity. They were told to book a room in an upmarket hotel and transfer Rp 10 million before meeting the sex worker, with the remainder of money to be picked up by the pimp on the night of the service.
"We will charge them with human trafficking," he said adding that NM and PR would be considered victims in the case.
Umar said that NM and PR were arrested after they had taken off their clothes to fulfill the legal requirements of charging a person under prostitution laws.

Indonesia's inflation is expected to accelerate in January 2016 according to the country's central bank (Bank Indonesia). Bank Indonesia detected a spike in prices of several food commodities - such as shallots, chili, and beef - at the start of the year. Bank Indonesia Governor Agus Martowardojo told reporters that he expects the country's inflation rate to rise by around 0.75 percent month-on-month (m/m) in January. This would imply that inflation will accelerate to 4.38 percent on an annual basis (from 3.35 percent y/y in December 2015).
Due to the impact of the rainy season supplies of various agricultural commodities - including shallots and chili - are limited hence causing upward pressure on prices.
Meanwhile, prices of beef have risen around one percent in the first weeks of January as the government introduced a 10 percent value added tax (VAT) on all livestock-related businesses, including cattle and beef imports, late last year. Last week government officials stated that the government will revise (perhaps completely scrapping) this VAT.
At the end of 2015 Indonesian inflation finally eased markedly after two years of high inflation as the government reformed its subsidized fuel policy. With inflation safe and under control at 3.35 percent (y/y) at the end of 2015, Bank Indonesia decided to cut its benchmark interest rate by 0.25 percent to 7.25 percent at the January policy meeting. This year Bank Indonesia targets (annual) inflation within the range of 3 - 5 percent.

Bogor - Authorities in Bogor, West Java, have instituted a regulation requiring bridal candidates registering to marry in the city to undergo an HIV test, in the effort to contain the spread of the silent killer condition.
Bogor Mayor Bima Arya Sugiarto explained the regulation was issued in response to recent reports pointing to a growing number of HIV/AIDS cases in the city.
According to the latest data, as of mid-2015 2,600 citizens tested positive for the virus that causes immunity deficiency, with 976 having developed full-blown Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome, or AIDS.
"[Muslim] bridal candidates will receive counselling [for HIV testing] at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA), while non-Muslims will be counselled at other offices," he said.
The KUA is responsible for registering prospective brides and grooms, and issuing marriage certificates.
Bogor, a satellite city south of Jakarta, is renowned for its beautiful mountain resort in the Cisarua-Puncak area, but the region is also reputed to contain numerous sex workers, elevating the risk of more HIV infection among tourists seeking their service.
The number of HIV cases in Bogor is regarded as the highest among cities in West Java Province, and authorities suspect this figure is just the tip of the iceberg, with a large number of unreported cases.

Jakarta Governor Basuki “Ahok” Tjahaja Purnama is recommending that the city administration legalize prostitution in certain areas.
Last weekend, the Jakarta Police arrested members of an online prostitution group consisting of a pimp and six sex workers, one of whom was underage and pregnant, in the Kalibata City apartments in South Jakarta. Earlier this month, it was also revealed that many sex workers in Tebet, South Jakarta, received clients who “booked” them via Twitter to meet them in their rented rooms.
Ahok said that legalizing a red-light district would provide an alternative solution for prostitution, which nowadays in Jakarta is conducted in plain sight and in various places across the city.
“Legalizing a prostitution site would be a solution because no matter how hard we try, we will never be able to eradicate prostitution. It will always exist as long as humans exist,” Ahok said at City Hall on Monday.
He suggested that the city administration provide one apartment building as a prostitution site where visitors would need to provide identification. The sex workers would receive professional certification that would be useful for data gathering and would get periodic health checks.
Ahok said that the city would also give “religious guidance” to the sex workers and give them training in various areas in order to “supply” them with knowledge for when they leave the profession. So far, Ahok said that the city administration’s approach was “catching” prostitutes and forcing them into social shelters. However, he said, the sex workers would “return to the streets the minute they left the shelter”.
Ahok cited the 10-hectare Kramat Tunggak brothel complex in North Jakarta, which was legalized by former governor Ali Sadikin in the 1970s, but was closed down in 1999 by then governor Sutiyoso, who later built the Jakarta Islamic Center on the land.
“But did prostitution in the area stop? No. The sex workers moved to Cilincing [in North Jakarta] and everyone knows that,” Ahok said.
There are several illegal red-light districts in Jakarta, including Kalijodo in West Jakarta, Boker in East Jakarta and Bongkaran in Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta.
Bandung in West Java is also home to the Saritem brothel complex. Although it was officially closed in 2007, a number of sex workers still operate in the area.
“I understand that this idea would be impossible to implement, especially in our country where everyone claims to be pure from sin. But if anyone has a better idea, I would like to hear it,” Ahok said.
Separately, a member of the AIDS Prevention Commission’s monitoring and evaluation division, Muhammad Fahmi, said a legal prostitution site could help minimize the spread of AIDS.
“It would be a controversial policy in many aspects. However, from the point of view of health, if prostitution was centered, it would help the city administration monitor the sex workers’ health and minimize the spread of AIDS through prostitution,” Fahmi said over the phone on Monday.
He said that according to Bylaw No. 5/2008 on HIV/AIDS prevention, employers at all work places in which workers could potentially contract AIDS from their jobs were obligated to check their employees’ health every three months. However, Fahmi said that employers rarely complied with the regulations and the city administration also largely failed to supervise them.
Meanwhile, councilor Hasbiallah Ilyas of the National Awakening Party (PKB) opposed the plan, saying legalized prostitution was unnecessary.
“I don’t agree with the plan. I think legalizing a prostitution site would not provide a solution. Instead, the city administration should just increase monitoring of such activities and give counseling to its residents to prevent them from participating,” he said.

Indonesia, once a notoriously corrupt nation in the region, could soon outperform Malaysia in Transparency International's Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI), says the global anti-graft body's Malaysian chapter.
Transparency International Malaysia (TI-M) president Datuk Akhbar Satar said although Indonesia was currently ranked at 88, way down Malaysia’s 54th position, it has made double-digit leaps up the index in the past few years.
Malaysia’s ranking, in contrast, stagnated in the 49-55 range, between 2013 and 2012.
Launching the 2015 CPI results yesterday, Akhbar revealed that the republic improved by 19 spots from last year to sit at 88 among 168 countries.
Meanwhile, Malaysia's ranking has declined by four ranks since 2014.
Akhbar said the reason for Indonesia’s rapid rise was the strength and independence of its anti-graft agency and the overwhelming support it received from the public.
"We should follow Indonesia's footsteps and use them as an example," said Akhbar.
"Compared to Malaysians, the people of Indonesia have more will to fight corruption. They are willing to come forward to give information and to become witnesses in corruption cases.
"Malaysians are afraid because we don't like to get into trouble. We love ourselves more than we love our country," said Akhbar.
In 2013, Indonesia’s Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) was given the Ramon Magsaysay Award, widely touted as the "Asian Nobel Prize".
Akhbar (pic, right) said it was another acknowledgement of Indonesia's seriousness in battling graft.
TI-M deputy president, Dr Loi Kheng Min, said although Indonesia was currently ranked below Malaysia, focus should be given to its rate of progress.
When the index was first introduced in 1995, Indonesia was ranked last among 41 countries.
Its present position at 88 is the best it has achieved.
Loi said KPK’s independence could be used as an example to push for more reforms of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
"In the past when KPK did not receive enough from the government’s budget, the people raised funds and opened an office for KPK. Now KPK is financed by public donations and does not rely much on the budget," said Loi.
Loi added that unlike MACC, KPK only took on high profile cases and was vested with prosecutorial powers.
He said this contributed to its 100% success rate on convictions, as opposed to MACC's 85% success rate.

New Delhi, Jan 31 (IANS) Indonesia may be attracting almost double the number of global tourists than India but visitors from here are few and the southeast Asian country has decided to grant free visas to Indians to attract more travelers from India which is a "big market" for them.
Vinsensius Jemadu, Indonesia's tourism director, was in India to promote Indonesian tourism and attract more Indians. He says Indonesia and India enjoy very good relations which will help in attracting more tourists.
Indonesia is also participating in the South Asian Tourism and Travel Expo (SATTE) 2016.
Jemadu said that more than 10 million people from across the globe visit Indonesia every year - but only 270,000 from India. Indonesia attracts the highest number of tourists from Singapore, followed by Malaysia, Australia, China, Japan, South Korea and then India.
"Realising that India is a big market, the Indonesian government decided to grant free visas to Indians. We have set a target to attract 350,000 tourists from India this year, which is a big challenge for us," he said. "Most of the people from India visit Bali. May be it is because they do not know about other places there. We want them to explore other places of the country as well," he said.
Indonesia's tourism industry contributes nine percent to the country's GDP. "Our plans are to boost tourism industry and increase it to 15 percent of the GDP by the end of 2019."
"As many as 60 percent of the total tourists visit Indonesia because of its rich cultural heritage while 35 percent come to the country to see its natural beauty. Five percent tourists come here to enjoy manmade activities," Jemadu told IANS.
Expressing concern over lack of direct connectivity between India and Indonesia, Jemadu said: "So far there is no direct flight between the two countries. People from India reach Indonesia via Singapore or Malaysia which is not good for tourism because people have to spend more time and money in travelling."
He, however, added that this issue will be sorted out soon as both the governments have agreed to start direct flight between the two nations.
"I am hopeful that the direct flight between Mumbai and Bali will start by March or April. Garuda Indonesian airline had agreed to operate flights between the two countries," he said.

Indonesia's state news agency Antara reported on Friday (29/01) that the government of Indonesia will sign a regulation next week that allows visa-free visits for 80 additional countries, including Australia. Currently, a total of 90 countries already enjoy this visa-free facility (for trips that last a maximum of 30 days). Antara quoted the words of the country's Deputy Tourism Minister for Overseas Promotion I Gde Pitana. In 2015 the government provided this facility to an additional 45 countries in an effort to boost the tourism industry and generate more foreign exchange earnings.
http://www.upmatik.com/m/2016/02/01/Bali-Julia-Roberts-Eat-Pray-Love-Ubud-Indonesia-Investments.jpg
This means that a total of 170 countries will enjoy the visa-free visit facility (making it easier and cheaper for foreigners to access Indonesia) soon. Although the government will earn less revenue through the selling of short visit visas (currently it charges USD $35 for a visa-on-arrival), the visa-free facility is expected to boost the number of foreign tourist arrivals. And as each foreign tourist is estimated to spend up to USD $1,200 per visit, it will thus result in significantly more foreign exchange earnings.
It is remarkable that Australia has been named as one of the countries that will receive the visa-free facility as diplomatic relations between both countries have experienced some downs in recent years. Moreover, initially Indonesia requested a visa-free facility for its own citizens when traveling to Australia (reciprocity), a request ignored by Australia. Diplomatic relations between both nations have been tested by Indonesia's decision to execute two Australian citizens in early 2015 (despite Australia requesting for clemency) and the 'spying scandal' that occurred in 2013 when allegations were made that the Australia Signals Directorate attempted to monitor activity on the mobile phones of then-Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, his wife and several senior government officials.
The island of Bali - known as the most popular tourist destination in Indonesia - attracted a total of 3.6 million foreign tourists in the January-November 2015 period. Most of these tourists (876,748) originated from Australia.

Denpasar, Bali (ANTARA News) - Former president of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has stated that Indonesia is likely to be a strong country in 2045 even as it faced opportunities and challenges at home and abroad.
"Indonesia will become a strong state in 2045 and also a developed country by the end of the 21st century," he said while giving a public lecture at Udayana University, Bali, on Tuesday.
Before touching 100 years after independence, Indonesia will have a great chance to be a powerful and a developed country.
"I am optimistic because we are already a part of the G20 countries. We have proven that as one of the major economic countries, we could always extricate ourselves from a crisis and survive," Yudhoyono affirmed.
In addition, the rich natural resources and Indonesians increased per capita income are also considered factors that will lead to great opportunities.
Currently, Indonesians per capita income has grown by 350 percent from the initial amount of Rp1,118 ten years before.
However, Indonesia must be able to face some challenges such as a successful transformation, unity and hard work.
Led by its effective and visionary leaders, Indonesia should maintain good cooperation at bilateral, regional and global levels, and pursue the values of transparency and accountability.
"Just imagine Indonesia as a sovereign state, complete with justice, prosperity and unity. Global partnership and beneficial cooperation should be carried out in a transparent way," Yudhoyono noted.

Denpasar, Bali (ANTARA News) - The tourism ministry hopes to receive two million Chinese tourists in 2019, an official said.
"For 2016, we set a target of attracting 1.7 million Chinese tourists, and two million in 2019," Hari Untoro Dradjat, expert staff of the tourism ministry, said here, Sunday evening.
Some 12 million Chinese travel to Asia and the Pacific region a year, and Indonesia hopes to lure two million of them, he stated when greeting some 400 Chinese visitors during an "Imlek" (Lunar New Year) Festival in Bali.
"They want to celebrate Imlek in a warm region because its now winter in their country. Bali and Indonesia in general are among their choices," he added.
The tourism ministrys official presented six thousand special gifts as souvenirs to the Chinese celebrating the Lunar New Year in Bali.
This year, more than one thousand Chinese, mostly from Beijing and Heilonggijang Province, celebrate their new year, that falls on February 8, in Bali.
During February alone, Indonesia hopes to receive at least 200 thousand Chinese visitors. A Chinese tourist spends an average of US$1,200 per visit.
Thailand manages to attract eight million Chinese tourists a year.
"If they like Thailand, they must like Indonesia, too, particularly Bali. We have to be able to defeat our neighboring country," he said.
Indonesia hopes to lure 12 million foreign tourists, particularly from Malaysia, Singapore, China, Australia and Japan, this year.
The number of Chinese tourists who visited Indonesia in 2014 was 959,231. It increased by 18.77 percent to 1,139,281 in 2015.
Bali recorded a total of 4.001 million foreign tourist arrivals during 2015, up 6.24 percent from 3.76 million recorded in the previous year.
For 2016, the Bali Tourism Office has set the target for tourist arrivals at the world-renowned tourist island at 4.2 million, at least.
The Bali tourism office has also set the target of domestic tourists visiting the resort island for 2016 at 7.8 million.

Jakarta (ANTARA News) - The Jakarta government is coordinating with all parties to raze the red-light district of Kalijodo along the Grogol River in West Jakarta.
"The coordination meeting will be held at the Jakarta Police Headquarters today. Jakarta Police Chief Inspector General Tito Karnavian will chair the meeting, which will also be attended by the management of the community unit (RW) and neighborhood unit (RT)," Jakarta Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, better known as Ahok, stated here on Monday.
Kalijodo, also known as a hub for illegal gambling, is home to hundreds of sex workers, brothel owners, and criminals.
The Jakarta administration has outlined several solutions for Kalijodos residents, Ahok noted.
"We will give an opportunity to the residents, who own Jakarta identity cards, to conduct trading activities. PD Pasar Jaya in cooperation with the Jakarta Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives Agency (KUMKMP) will facilitate them," Ahok remarked.
Meanwhile, the residents who hold Jakarta identity cards will be relocated to some flats.
http://www.picturevip.com/x/clean/images/2016/02/15/NJ3YM.jpg
"The Jakarta administration has recommended the residents who do not possess Jakarta identity cards to return to their hometowns. This our solution," he affirmed.
The Jakarta administration had earlier announced that it would no longer delay its plans to raze the Kalijodo area, which is located on the banks of the Western Flood Canal in Tambora.
Ahok will transform the Kalijodo area into a public and social facility as the red-light district stands on the green area.
"We want to build parks and roads there," he revealed.
Karnavian will coordinate with the Jakarta administration to implement the plan.

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg invited President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo to join him for a game of zero-gravity ping-pong on a virtual-reality headset called Oculus Rift on Wednesday.
Following the US-ASEAN Summit, Jokowi visited three major IT companies - Google, Twitter and Facebook - on Wednesday. Zuckerberg welcomed Jokowi’s visit by giving the President a tour of Facebook headquarters and asking him to play ping-pong in zero gravity through the virtual reality device.
"President Joko Widodo of Indonesia visited me at Facebook HQ today. We had a great meeting -- and then we played ping-pong in zero gravity in Oculus!" Zuckerberg said in his Facebook page on Wednesday.
Scheduled to be launched on March 28, the Oculus Rift is long awaited by the public, especially gamers, as it offers a new sensation in gaming. The development kits, DK1 (2012) and DK2 (2014), which were given to developers for testing, have also been in great demand among technology enthusiasts.
Founded in 2012 by Palmer Luckey, who was born in 1992, Oculus VR was bought by Facebook in 2014. The deal was reportedly valued around US$2 billion. In January 2015, the Oculus VR office was integrated to Facebook headquarters in Menlo Park.
Zuckerberg also recalled his first encounter with President Jokowi. “I first met President Widodo [sic] in Jakarta a couple of years ago when he took me on one of his famous impromptu walkabouts -- or “blusukan” -- where he meets and connects directly with people all around his country. We went to a market together and were immediately surrounded by hundreds of people. It was one of the most memorable experiences of my life,” he wrote.
Along with the Oculus demo, Zuckerberg and Jokowi discussed ways to work together to increase connectivity and extend the opportunities of the Internet for Everyone program (Internet.org) in Indonesia. The Facebook founder promoted the program during his 2014 visit to Indonesia, during which he also carried out a private trip to Borobudur temple in Magelang, Central Java, and Yogyakarta.
“It was an honor to host President Widodo [sic] and great to see him again. My last visit to the country was special for me and I can't wait to travel there again,” Zuckerberg said.

Former president BJ Habibie, via his firm Pollux Habibie International, is set to construct Meisterstadt, a superblock worth a total of US$1 billion, on a nine-hectare plot of land in Batam.
The construction of the apartment project, which will comprise 11 residential towers and is to be equipped with a hospital, will start in the middle of this year, targeting residents of Indonesia’s neighboring countries, particularly Singapore.
Pollux Habibie International commissioner Ilham Akbar Habibie told thejakartapost.com in Batam on Saturday that the Meisterstadt superblock would be built in four stages.
“Initially, the plan to construct a hospital in the superblock was in the last will and testament of my mom [the late Ainun Habibie] and it will be implemented in the third stage of this superblock’s construction,” said Ilham at the project's launch on Saturday.
Pollux Properties Indonesia president commissioner Muladi, who was known as Habibie’s right-hand man during the latter’s presidential term, Batam Free Trade Zone Authority (BPK FTZ) head Mustofa Widjaja, Batam maypr Ahmad Dahlan and Meisterstadt Batam operational general manager Yosef Eduardus attended the ceremony.
Ilham said the property business in Batam was promising because the area was quite close to Singapore. The developer hoped Singaporeans would be the main buyers of the apartments.
“Singapore now has 5 million residents and it has continued to grow. We hope that we can benefit the country’s population, particularly in the property sector,” said Ilham.
He further explained: “It happened in Hong Kong in the 1950s, during which the region’s population had flown to several provinces of the Chinese mainland near Hong Kong. We’ve now seen a similar situation in Guangdong, in which industries and businesses from Hong Kong have flown to the city. Such an effect will happen between Singapore and Batam.”
Ilham said the company hoped that a third of the apartments in the superblock complex would be bought by foreigners while the remainder would be marketed to local buyers.
As many as 1,575 apartments in two of the towers, which will be built in the first stage of the construction project, have been booked by potential buyers with VVIP pass cards who attended the launch. In total, 1,874 VVIP pass cards were issued in the event.
Three sizes of apartments, namely 24.82 square meters, 42.51 m2 and 51.59 m2, will be built in the first stage of the construction project, which will take place from 2016 to 2019. They will be offered at various prices, starting at Rp 400 million (US$29,238.72) per unit.
Adopting the vertical integrated city concept, the Meisterstadt superblock will have 11 towers, comprising eight apartment towers, one office tower, one hotel tower and one hospital tower.
“We hope there will be a more attractive government regulations on property ownership for foreigners who want to buy not only landed houses but also apartments,” said Ilham.
Ilham’s father, BJ Habibie, is a figure quite involved in the history of Batam. He initiated the development of Batam and from 1978 to 1998 he led the Batam Industrial Development Authority (BIDA), which is known as the BPK FTZ Batam. In 1998, he was replaced by his son, Fanny Habibie, but only for four months.
Meanwhile, Ahmad said it was time for Batam to change its residential concept to the vertical building concept from the landed house concept, because of its limited land.
“The land in Batam is very limited. For our urban planning, we have recommended residences with the tower or vertical building concept. From the business aspect, it is very prospective because many noted developers have built their projects here. It means they see a huge market potential here,” said the Batam mayor.
Mustofa said the need for premium residential compounds in Batam must be accommodated.
“The growth of the number of Batam residents is the fastest in the world because of migration. To anticipate such a rapid growth, the Batam administration will also complement this city with toll roads and overpasses, which have been included in the national strategic project,” he said.
“The toll roads and overpasses are aimed at anticipating traffic congestion in the next 10 years.”

Denpasar (ANTARA News) - The management of Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali has installed two thermoscanners to measure body temperatures, in a bid to prevent the spread of the feared Zika virus.
Arriving international passengers will be screened to determine whether they might be carrying the infection.
"We have put two thermoscanners at the international arrival terminals," General Manager of airport operator PT Angkasa Pura I, Trikora Harjo, said here on Friday.
Since the monitors were installed, the airport management has not discovered any passengers registering high body temperatures.
However, if passenger with high temperatures and possible carriers of the Zika virus are detected, plans call for them to be brought to an isolation room or nearest hospital.
"The installation of body temperature detectors is not only targeting passengers from certain countries where the virus has been discovered, but all passengers from different countries," Trikora explained.
The World Health Organisation (WHO) has declared a global emergency in acting to control the outbreak of Zika virus.
Officials note that the virus has been spread by the Aedes aegepty mosquitos, causing high fevers and rashes among infected people.
In Jakarta, Health Minister Nila F Moeloek warned pregnant women to place mosquito netting in their bedrooms as protection from the Zika virus.
The spread of the virus-like dengue fever occurred in several countries in Africa, America, and Asia Pacific.

A secretive gathering of Islamic State (IS) supporters at a mosque in central Jakarta has been witnessed by the ABC.
It is the first time a foreign film crew has been present at the meeting, which is understood to be part of a recruitment drive in the Indonesian capital.
After a tip-off and a lengthy search, the As-Syuhada mosque was located down a street not big enough for cars.
An ABC cameraman — an Indonesian national and Muslim — gained access to the meeting and while attempts were made to stop him filming, what he managed to capture is clear.
"They declare that territory as Islamic State where God's law is upheld fully and where there isn't any intimidation from foreign countries," hardline cleric Syamsudin Uba told the gathering.
"And based on their sacrifice of their blood and wealth they declare an Islamic State."
He has previously been detained for his IS teachings but there are inadequate laws in Indonesia to stop his recruitment drive.
"Even though the infidels wouldn't acknowledge it (an Islamic state), even though the United Nations wouldn't acknowledge it," he said during the sermon recorded by the ABC.
"Muslims don't need that, Muslims only want the blessing from God, in a state where the laws of God are implemented fully. Even when the infidels don't like it."
Recordings from another camera filming at the meeting were later uploaded as IS propaganda on YouTube.
Clearly visible in the footage is the black flag often used by the IS militant group.
During the filming another cleric urges his followers to travel to Syria for a better life.
"When you get there soon, God willing, you won't have to pay rent, you don't have electricity and water bills," he said.
"You will get monthly food expenses, a monthly allowance, free health care and medicines."
The man even promised that interracial marriage would be tolerated there.
Islamic State preachings have taken place at five Jakarta mosques
When the sermon was over and the threat removed, the ABC returned to ask questions about the preachings in the mosque.
The caretaker, Tahmid, insisted he had no idea an IS recruitment drive had taken place there.
"They gave us short notice," he told the ABC.
"We, the mosque caretakers, didn't know what the discussion was really about."
The ABC knows of at least five mosques in Jakarta where IS preachings take place.
One is in the wealthy suburb of Menteng — the home of many senior diplomats.
Similar meetings have been held at the Al Fataa mosque and one of the terrorists involved in last month's deadly attack in Jakarta, Afif, is said to have prayed there.
Farihin Kandai, a former member of Jemaah Islamiah who has served jail time for terrorism offences, said he was trying to have the IS preachings stopped.
"Security called me and shared their concern about ISIS supporters blooming in mosques across Indonesia," he told the ABC.
"Then they asked me to eliminate the activities."
But far from being eliminated, support is growing, and there is concern in the wake of last month's terrorist attack not enough is being done to stop the spread of the IS message.

JAKARTA: Indonesia aims to shutdown all of the country's red-light districts by 2019 in a bid to eradicate prostitution in the world's most populous Muslim-majority nation, the Jakarta Post said late Tuesday quoting the social affairs minister.
The government had already closed 68 red-light districts, while another 100 would be closed down within three years, said Social Affairs Minister Khofifah Indar Parawansa.
Despite being illegal, prostitution is rampant in most major Indonesian cities.
Jakarta's governor has started closing down a major prostitution hub in the northern part of the capital, with evictions planned for Sunday.
In 2014, the mayor of Indonesia's second-largest city of Surabaya shutdown what was believed to be Southeast Asia's biggest red-light district.

JAKARTA, Indonesia (AP) — A Canadian teacher was in custody Friday after surrendering to authorities after Indonesia's Supreme Court overruled his acquittal and that of an Indonesian teacher on charges they sexually abused three children at a prestigious international school, and ordered longer prison terms for both.
Canada and the United States both expressed shock at the court decision.
Neil Bantleman and Ferdinant Tjiong had been sentenced to 10 years in prison last April by the South Jakarta District Court. They appealed to the High Court, which acquitted them in August, ruling there was insufficient evidence to convict them.
Supreme Court spokesman Suhadi said a three-member panel of judges handed down a verdict Wednesday based on the prosecutors' appeal.
"The judge panel concluded that the defendants were proven to have violated the 2007 Child Protection Law," said Suhardi, who uses a single name. "It did not only reinstate the District Court's verdict but also lengthened the sentence to 11 years."
The two teachers at the Jakarta International School, now called the Jakarta Intercultural School, also were ordered to pay a fine of $7,440 each or serve six more months in jail, Suhadi said.
Chandra Saptaji, head of the general crime section at the South Jakarta Prosecutors' Office, said Bantleman, who was in Bali, surrendered after communicating with authorities through the Canadian Embassy.
"I can say that he was cooperative," Saptaji told The Associated Press. "He took the initiative by flying back to Jakarta escorted by officials from the embassy and the prosecutors' office.
Saptaji said Bantleman was admitted Friday morning to Cipinang Prison, the same prison in eastern Jakarta where Tjiong was taken on Thursday.
The Canadian government said it was "deeply dismayed and shocked" by the court's ruling.
"This decision is unjust, given the many grave irregularities throughout the various proceedings in this case and the fact that all evidence presented by the defense has systematically been rejected," Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister Stephane Dion said in a statement.
"Mr. Bantleman and Mr. Tjiong were not provided the opportunity to demonstrate their innocence. Despite Canada's repeated calls for due process, this case was not handled in a fair and transparent manner," Dion said.
U.S. Ambassador Robert O. Blake also expressed disappointment, saying the verdict would impact international views about the rule of law in Indonesia.
Bantleman and Tjiong were arrested in July 2014 following allegations from the parents of a 6-year-old student that he had been sodomized.
Four male janitors at the school were already sentenced to eight years in prison in that case and a woman received a seven-year sentence as an accomplice. Police said a sixth suspect killed himself in custody by drinking bathroom cleaner.
Under Indonesian law, both Bantleman and Tjiong can still challenge the sentence by filing for a judicial review by the Supreme Court if they have new evidence.
The South Jakarta District Court threw out a civil lawsuit in which a child's parents sought $125 million from the school for alleged negligence.
The school in southern Jakarta is attended by children of foreign diplomats, expatriates and Indonesia's elite. It has 2,400 students aged 3 to 18 from about 60 countries.

An Indonesian teenager chopped off his penis and tossed it down a well after learning his girlfriend intended to marry another man.
The 19-year-old from a village in Central Java was lucky to survive the self surgery, health authorities said.
"He arrived at the hospital last Thursday in critical condition from blood loss," Cilacap General Hospital Director Sugeng Budi Susanto told local media.
"Cutting off a penis can be fatal."
Doctors were unable to re-attach the dismembered member because villagers could not find it.
The teen spent several days in intensive care but is now in recovery, Sugeng said.
He had not spoken to anyone about the incident, Sugeng said.
"He's still too shocked and embarrassed to talk to or see anyone."

A Thai man has been released from an Indonesian prison after spending three extra years behind bars because of a typo in his paperwork.
Kamjai Khong Thavorn, 53, should have been released in 2007 after serving a 20-year sentence for heroin possession but a clerical error wrongly stated his first year in prison as 1997 instead of 1987.
Kamjai was released Thursday after he told Indonesia's justice minister of the mistake during a chance meeting on the minister's tour of the maximum security prison in Central Java, it said.
"We realized the mistake that was made, so he was released unconditionally," the prison's warden, Sutrisman, told the newspaper.
Kamjai has been taken to the Thai Embassy in Jakarta, the warden said.

Fishermen have been left struggling in Indonesia after thousands of fish died near the Citra Lake, leaving scientists and officials baffled by the cause of their dramatic deaths.
Hundreds of tons of dead fish were found floating in waters near Jakarta with torrential rains around the area being blamed for their deaths. The department of fishery have suggested that the heavy rainfall may have caused a sudden rise in the water temperature.
http://anony.ws/i/2016/03/02/c2.jpg
The change in conditions is thought to have been behind the decimation of the fish population in the local water, leaving fishermen and local volunteers forced to clean up the waters in order to ward off further deaths.
A lack of oxygen for the fish may have caused the massacre and experts are taking samples of the dead fish to determine their cause of death.
'In the morning, I found just a few dozen dead fish [floating on the water] but as hours went by, the number grew to hundreds and it created a foul stench,' Bambang, a 47-year-old fisherman at Muara Angke port told.
'It is not unusual that many fish die, like this. But this year, there has been an increase both in the frequency and the volume,' he said.

In conjunction with the government’s efforts to close down all red-light districts in Indonesia, the Social Affairs Ministry has started listing districts targeted for closure and in so doing has revealed that East Kalimantan is the province with the largest number of prostitution areas.
There are around 4,000 sex workers spread across 31 red-light districts in East Kalimantan, according to data from the ministry.
"Previously, it was East Java that had the largest number of prostitution locations. But since they were shut down, now East Kalimantan has the largest number of red-light districts. We will close down all 31 districts," Social Affairs Minister Khofifah Indar Parawansa said in Kutai Kertanegara, East Kalimantan, on Saturday as quoted by Antara News Agency.
Khofifah said the money involved in the prostitution business was big.
Spending on sex workers could reach up to trillions of rupiah, she said. In addition to that, East Kalimantan has a relatively high number of people with HIV/AIDS, reaching 3,063 people. It is health concerns that have pushed the government to close down red-light districts.
Furthermore, the ministry aimed to conduct a peaceful closure process, Khofifah said.
"I am sure the close down will not cause turmoil. It is a dilemma, but we need to do it in order to give sex workers their social status and dignity back," she said.
The ministry has shut down 68 red-light districts throughout the country and aims to close 100 more as part of its goal of having an Indonesia free of red-light districts by 2019.
Surabaya Mayor Tri Rismaharini closed down Dolly, Southeast Asia's largest red-light district, in 2014 after more than 44 years of operation.
Meanwhile, Jakarta Governor Basuki Tjahaja "Ahok" Purnama also aims to close down Kalijodo, the capital's red-light district in North Jakarta, by the end of this month and turn it into a green space.

Jakarta’s oldest red-light district Kalijodo was deserted days before its scheduled eviction on Monday and neighboring areas have spotted many of its former inhabitants in their red-light districts, while where many others have gone is not yet known.
Some are reported to have returned to their hometowns.
Tangerang regency administration in Banten has found out that some sex workers have moved to Dadap red-light district in Kosambi subdistrict, Tangerang.
Kosambi subdistrict head Bambang Misbahudin said Friday the administration had intercepted 20 sex workers arriving from Kalijodo since the capital’s red-light district was vacated on Thursday. He said the 20 girls were immediately sent to their hometowns.
“We expected the influx of prostitutes from Kalijodo. Therefore, we have combed all bars and cafes in Dadap,” he said.
Bogor administration in West Java has also reportedly braced for an influx of sex workers but there have been no reports of such so far.
Meanwhile, Jakarta Social Affairs Agency head Masrokhan said that the sex workers had not moved to any other red-light districts in Jakarta.
“No, they have not [moved to nearby red-light districts in Jakarta]. We have combed areas considered hotbeds [for prostitution] but we have not found any of them,” he told The Jakarta Post on Friday.
He said, however, that while some of the sex workers had returned to their respective hometowns, others had remained in the capital.
“They just do not dare to come out. We are looking for them as well,” he said. He did not say how many had returned home.
“Local authorities have informed us that some of them returned to their hometowns after the administration’s first eviction notice last Thursday.”
According to local data from Kalijodo, of 1,405 people with jobs connected with the area’s nightlife, 450 were sex workers. The remainder worked as security guards, parking wardens, cleaners, etc.
There 3,052 residents in Kalijodo, located in Pejagalan on the border of North and West Jakarta. Pejagalan village head Maskur said none of the sex workers were local residents but rather came from various areas around the country, such as Bogor and Bandung in West Java, Semarang in Central Java and parts of Lampung.
Jakarta Governor Basuki “Ahok” Tjahaja Purnama has often said that buildings in Kalijodo were illegal because they were built on state land. Some locals begged to differ but the eviction plan went ahead on Monday with the city administration sending a joint force of 6,175 personnel to the already largely deserted place.
The administration has pledged to relocate affected residents to two low-cost rental apartments located in Marundain North Jakarta and Pulo Gebang in East Jakarta. The requirements for claiming such apartments are having a Jakarta ID card and having had a permanent house in Kalijodo.
This means that Kalijodo sex workers will not be able to claim apartments as they were not, according to Maskur, local residents and did not have permanent homes in the area.
The administration has pledged to take care of the sex workers, by either helping them change profession or returning them home, to prevent them from working in the sex industry in other parts of the city.
Social Affairs Minister Khofifah Indar Parawansah said recently that the government would provide training to sex workers who wanted to change professions. She said each of them would undergo six months of training before being given Rp 5 million (US$373) to start a business.
But, the ministry’s program seems to interest only few workers, Masrokhan said.
Masrokhan said that although the Jakarta Social Affairs Agency had opened the program last week, no-one had come to register so far.

Hundreds of people gathered outside a mosque in Indonesia to see a woman scream out in agony after being caned as a punishment for being in 'close proximity' to a man she wasn't married to.
Nur Elita was marched to the yard of Baiturrahumim Mosque in Banda Aceh for violating the region's strict Sharia laws, after she allegedly showed affectionate behaviour to a fellow university student.
Under the law men and women, who are not spouses, are not allowed to get too close due to the the 'khalwat' offence and punishment is by public caning.
http://www.upmatik.com/m/2016/03/04/a1.jpg http://www.upmatik.com/m/2016/03/04/a2.jpg http://www.upmatik.com/m/2016/03/04/a4.jpg http://www.upmatik.com/m/2016/03/04/a6.jpg
After being brought to the stage as the crowd cheered, the woman was forced to kneel down while a masked man repeatedly whipped her with the cane.
She received five lashes and at the end of the punishment could be seen lying on the floor doubled over in pain.
Eventually she was carried off the stage, into an ambulance, and had to be taken to hospital.
Also being caned was the man she was accused of getting too close to and he was forced to stand while being whipped.
Meanwhile four other men were also forced to endure the punishment for gambling, which is also outlawed under Sharia law.
The caning ceremony was carried out in front of the deputy mayor of Banda Aceh Zainal Arifin.
And before the ceremony he warned the crowd that had gathered that the canings were a lesson to everyone.
He said: 'Take these punishements as a lesson. What has been done by these convicts should not be taken as example.
'And I hope their canings today will be the last ever.'
Banda Aceh is the only province in Indonesia to implement Sharia Law, which was first introduced in 2003 following the province’s awarding of special autonomy status.

Jakarta - A ferry capsized in the strait between the Indonesian islands of Bali and Java on Friday and TV video showed passengers standing on its side, then jumping into the sea as it sank in placid waters. Officials said 71 people were rescued and at least four were still missing.
Didi Hamzar, head of Bali's Search and Rescue Agency, said the ship's manifest listed 51 people on board including 14 crew. Passenger boats are frequently overloaded beyond their manifests in Indonesia.
Video broadcast by TVOne showed other ships in the background as the ferry, Rafelia 2, sank in the narrow Bali Strait. It languished on its side before capsizing.
Boats are a popular and relatively cheap form of transportation in the world's largest archipelago nation, which spans more than 17 000 islands with a population of 256 million. Sea accidents are common, with safety regulations often poorly enforced.
The ferry was travelling from Gilimanuk port in Bali to Banyuwangi on Java. The cause of the accident was under investigation.
Local navy chief Lieutenant Colonel Wahyu Endriawan said 71 people were rescued.
"We cannot yet know whether some were trapped inside the ship which has totally submerged," he told MetroTV.
Disaster Mitigation Agency spokesperson Sutopo Purwo Nugroho also said 71 people were rescued while four others - the captain, a deck officer, and a woman and child - were still missing.

JAKARTA (Reuters) - Indonesia's transportation ministry will revoke the operating licence of a ferry company whose vessel sunk in the Bali Strait on Friday, killing five of the 81 people on board including a mother and her infant child.
Indonesia relies heavily on ferry services to connect the main islands in the archipelago, the world's largest. But accidents are common, largely due to years of under-investment in infrastructure and a tendency to overload ferries.
The Rafelia II ferry was serving the popular crossing between Banyuwangi on the eastern tip of Java Island and Gilimanuk on the tourist resort island of Bali, when it sank just after 1 p.m. on Friday, around 1 km from the Java shore, domestic media reports said.
"Starting on Monday the operating licence ... will be revoked," Transportation Ministry spokesman J.A. Barata told Reuters on Sunday, referring to ferry operator PT Darma Bahari Utama, which only had a licence for one vessel.
Barata said investigators from the National Transportation Safety Committee (KNKT) and transportation ministry officials were looking into the cause. At the time it capsized the vessel was carrying dozens of heavy trucks, Barata said.
Under Indonesian law, the company would be required to salvage the sunken vessel, he said.
According to National Search and Rescue Agency (Basarnas) chief Bambang Soelistyo, all who were travelling on the Rafelia II at the time it sunk were now accounted for.
"We have evacuated 81 victims and they match with the number of passengers in the manifest," Soelistyo said.
Those who died had become trapped in the sinking ferry, he said.

Female military recruits and the fiancees of military officers in Indonesia should not have to undergo "harmful and humiliating" virginity tests, Human Rights Watch said.
https://upload.vstanced.com/images/2016/03/10/a0.jpg
"The Indonesian armed forces should recognize that harmful and humiliating 'virginity tests' on women recruits does nothing to strengthen national security.
President Joko Widodo should set the military straight and immediately abolish the requirement and prevent all military hospitals from administering it."
For decades, Indonesia has required female military recruits and the future wives of male military officers to undergo the so-called "two-finger" virginity test as part of an overall medical evaluation.
https://upload.vstanced.com/images/2016/03/10/a1.jpg
The test is used to determine if a woman's hymen is intact, though the HRW says the test is scientifically baseless because a hymen can be torn due to reasons unrelated to sex.
Female soldiers and military officers' wives interviewed by the HRW called the process humiliating.
"What shocked me was finding out that the doctor who was to perform the test was a man," said one recruit who underwent a virginity test in 2013. "I had mixed feelings. I felt humiliated. It was very tense. It's all mixed up. I hope the future medical examination excludes virginity test. It's against the rights of every woman."

Joko “Jokowi” Widodo has welcomed the arrival of his first grandson, born in Solo, Central Java on Thursday, Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung confirmed.
Jolowi’s daughter-in-law Selvi Ananda, wife of his eldest son Gibran Rakabuming, gave birth to a son in Solo, Jokowi’s hometown, at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday.
“Please pray that he will be a pious son and respectful to his parents. May he be granted with health and happiness,” Pramono said in a text message to journalists.
Gibran and Selvi married on June 11, 2015. Gibran lives in Solo where he runs a catering and wedding business.
Jokowi is scheduled to leave for Solo this afternoon after they have attended the inauguration of a logistics center in Cakung, North Jakarta.
Jokowi smiled but gave no comment when journalists asked about his grandson.

President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo visited his newborn grandson, Jan Ethes Srinarendra, in Surakarta, Central Java, on Thursday.
The President and First Lady Iriana arrived at 9 p.m. and went directly to PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital to visit their first grandchild and daughter-in-law Selvi Ananda, who was recovering after giving birth earlier in the day.
"Thank God I've become a grandfather," said Jokowi after meeting his grandson, as quoted by a statement.
Jan, the son of Jokowi's eldest child, Gibran Rakabuming, was born on Thursday morning.
Gibran explained in a press conference the meaning of the child’s given names, Jan meaning “most”, while Ethes “dexterous” and Srinarendra “intelligent leader”. When asked who named the newborn, "The father himself," said Gibran.
Gibran, who runs several martabak eateries called Markobar, expressed his thanks to the community for their prayers, as well as the team of doctors who delivered the baby.
“The birthing process went smoothly. Thank you so much to PKU Muhammadiyah’s team of doctors,” said Gibran.
On the sidelines of the press conference, Gibran did not forget to promote his new business, Pasta Buntel, located near the same hospital where his son was born.
"Pasta Buntel is pasta covered in a banana leaf and grilled on charcoal. It’s an innovative culinary dish," Gibran told journalists.
