I've never been there, but like Romanian women so i researched it from another forum (ISG). From my research, Romania seems to be full of scams, cons, and not particularly cheap compared to rest of Europe. I decided it would be better to goto Germany, Prague or Istanbul as the cost is lower, more 'regulated' and less incidence of scams.
