hi,


Not sure if I am posting in the correct section

i'm worried about my ejaculation, it's with in 15 to 20 secs when i'm excited, cant even get into the real action. please give me some health tips or ways to control it.

I remember seeing a post on PE training here, but cant seem to find it.

Average timing is 33secs to 44mins according to the world.
But its normal as long as its at least 10mins from a local urologist.

So better see a doctor.

If not, practise makes perfect.
Do more, u will last longer. idk about others but that happened to me successfully; over a few years.
With my wife, of cause.
