well, there are quite a number of ways to downpes, according to the secret handbook that the MOs have.

from what I know, like dislocation of something should be a B2, slipped disc sure C9.
but dislocation and slipped disc hard to keng cuz it needs to be backed up by Xray and MRI reports.

You chiong sua or slack, there is no need to downpes la. just serve 2yrs and fk off.
the most take MC lo. NSF entitled to 365days of MC a day.

Boy boy, uncle tell you how SAF works, your PES status is determine by both your physical and mental well being at the point of enlisting, meaning to down grade you either sustain serious physical injury that render you unfit to carry our combat duties or you are mentally unfit.

You can go to private specialists for their assessments....in the case of physically injuries, they will also provide you with the X-ray films, MRI films etc....then all these assessment reports will be submitted to MINDEF Medical Board for review before they down grade you.

So if you are looking at mental incapacity to down grade, you probably should get your assessment done by IMH, that would usually put you up for a strong case.

But still uncle don't advise you to go down the path, uncle gotten slipped disc while playing basketball during JC, then down graded to be storeman, but the injury never left, now only 40s and the pain keep coming back, and doctors are telling me I am reaching the limit for my pain killers....knn

Last time in my camp, there was this fellow who gotten PES E (non-uniform) because of mental problem, but still he was routinely disturb by a lot of NSFs, the enciks also don't really bother (I overheard 2 enciks commenting this kind of people Jiak Liao Bi (waste rice), already PES E, complain (kena bully) so much for what).....end up the fellow commited suicide.....but as usual MINDEF cover up...sad story

The best way to keng is to be outspoken, be yourself, bootlick your officers and daring.

1) Talk back to the officers whenever you think you are right, if really is not your fault and you are making sense. Complain when anything you not happy/amiss.

2) Be siao on.

3) Once you manage to bootlick your officers and they like you. Your life eventually will be better.

4) Do what they ask you to do, but don't care of the outcome, just by doing yourself. Once they get enough of you, they might transfer you out to lighter posting.

In fact being siao on is the best revenge you can take, where you get to take away values, experiences and when you ORD. Your department may get screw because you contribute a lot, doing everything, while the rest being lazy. They will die without you.
