Since you have a vehicle, you can simply drive to central or other areas to get a hotel if your north area is lack of.

Industrial parks. Not those car mechaniac kind.. More like white collar industrial parks. Normally no one outside office hours.

Dont leave your engine on for obvious reasons, decreases your situational awareness and makes it way too obvious for security.

Park at hdb rubbish chute area.choose the most smelly n dirties one , sure no ppl peep n it is also safe.as nobody goes near it.
