Passed by this whilst on my way to Jalan Besar via Lavender. It's further down from City Palace KTV and near one of the shophouses with the mural of the small girl and a cat. Not sure whether it's a KTV or hanging flower joint. Appreciate if any bros who have been there, enlighten us.
