If I am not wrong the cash rebate is like every 10k invest $100 cash rebate. I received quite slot SMS on this type of investment service.
But I just didn't know how this stuff work?

Hi there, consultant here.
Can PM to discuss, although from what I understand, even dividend paying investments from CPF monies will be re-invested/credited to your CPF account and cannot be withdrawn out.
If you are just looking for rebates from the companies, then that's different.. I could provide that if you're interested.
My last suggestion is speak to someone you trust & like, and don't make a financial decision for a small gift like a rebate.

Cpf investment via rebate 1% comm.
Nowadays not many agents wants to do this transactions. Agents are only concern of rebate hoppers as the policy has to be with the agent least a year. But if you're those hoppers, within mths, you'b looking for another agent.

A whopping 42% drop in psf:
https://www.theedgeproperty.com.sg/content/another-million-dollar-loss-seascape-condo
Meaning if it returns to last transacted.
It will be a 72% capital gain. If only 20% cash invested. It will be a 360% ROI. So even if it takes 10 yrs to get there. It's a 36% yield pa.
Plus:
Singapore’s property prices to double by 2030: Morgan Stanley (https://www.google.com.sg/amp/www.cnbc.com/amp/2017/04/13/singapores-property-prices-to-double-by-2030-morgan-stanley.html)
Assuming that it is conservatively correct, then it's a 100% gain in 12years and applying the 20% cash invested. It's a 500% ROI in 12 years or 41.7% yield pa.
That is for the average property and not a lucky pick or forced sale property!
Where to find? Everywhere according to Morgan Stanley. Lolx!

Bro TS
Look on the +ve side. If you can find a 41.66% ROI.
A $41K investment over 30yrs (assuming you are below 35) you can comfortably retire with: $1,415,187,932.53... billionaire already man!
But realistically, it's not always going to be a walk in the park, but a 10% ROI pa should be manageable and your $41K should realize you about:
$ 715,425.49 in 30yrs time &
$1,152,199.91 in 35yrs time
Good job!
