I have been comparing the local food of Singapore and Malaysia. For many dishes, like nasi lemak, fried kuey tiaw, bak kut teh... still I prefer Malaysia one, but for laksa, Singapore one is the best.

One of tthe yummy food..

Yeah... Penang fried kuay tiaw is legendary. I heard that in Redhill area got one old couple can do very good fried kuay tiaw also. They use charcoal to fry one. But I've never got the chance to try. :o

Curry noodle is fine but it doesn't got the aroma of the coconut milk. Some more Singapore laksa got put dry prawn to make the gravy, which makes it so delicious yet so deadly. :p

Sadly the hums these days not as big as 20yrs ago... I remember last time alot of stall very generous with the hums too... now some stalls even tell you they don't have hums for the laksa... WTF!?
