Ah long always like called their business "stall". One stall will always consists of one or two operators. If is 2, most likely they merge or take turns to listen phone calls and one runner. Operators n runner have mthly salaries. Operator $1500 and runner $1300. And the pot has $70,000 usually. The t&c's are simple, the stall has 2mths to shoot all $70,000 out. Yes, while one stall is brunch out, 2nd and 3rd will follow suit. Its called organized crime syndicate. (A) stall wont know about (B) stall's presence or (C) stall. This is their safety net. When one stall get busted, the other 2 stall is still active. Most workers dont use personal line for work and they dont use real name. Most stall have the operators nick. Loan sharks dont use commission as incentives. Example u take a loan of $500, take back $400, u pay 5 weeks @ $100 each. When the 3rd week comes and you have problems paying the $100. If its a delay due to salary date or ball settlement. Most people will call the operator and ask for few days grace. At first operator will say your loan is new one, no delay. Or not cut. But endup you'll say "i por u abit can?"
Operator will then say ok, u transfer $40 to me now, 3 days later u must zip xao ($100). Doing so operator, will fork out $100 to cover this owing due. Doing so, he just made $40 from one leg. 10 legs a day, he make $400.

During the operations, cash of almost $600,000, suspected moneylending records, computers, mobile phones, gambling paraphernalia and more than 550 cartons of duty-unpaid cigarettes were seized. Police have also begun freezing of the suspects’ bank accounts.

I can't see any reason for them to waste time harassing you when you have fully paid. What actually they want from you when there is no more gain to profit? Can try asking them, I am curious too.
btw, if you can at least pay them the interest, why are they still harassing you? After all, what they want is monies only, right? But if you say you can't even pay them the interest where you agree to it before the loan, then why you want take the loan?:confused:

Never really ask but if not wrong, it wasnt any big amts. Maybe 150-300 those amts. Totally not worth it kind.
