Bro I can assure you that there is no way one can hack in unless you can send her a link with a spyware.

Upon which, once she press ok/ agree, this app will auto download into her phone and you can look at her content just like a spyware.

I can't advice you but I can tell you the women charter here is strong. So even if you find evidence, it doesn't mean you dont have to give her anything. Consult a lawyer.

At the end of the day, there is nothing worse than hanging the air... giving half to her and regaining your sanity and freedom is worth it.. and also regaining your time.....

If she backup phone with itunes then u restore the files into other device . iPhone is not easy to hack. Only way is when u share account or cloud
