UNIQLO have them.
Mark and Spencer too. I prefer the Mark and Spencer, although it cost way more than Uniqlo.

Uniqlo airism boxer briefs are good. Cooling, cheap and lasts quite long. Easily can wear 1-2 years. Expensive don't mean better.
