One of my friend shared with me a nude pic of his wife in whatsapp. I agreed to see the pic.

After seeing the picture, I immediately deleted it. I am worried that this is an offence. Can somebody enlighten me please?

Actually u didn't send out or view in public is safe BUT if spf really wants to catch no matter how u delete they can retrieve 1 lah

My worry is if the wife someohow gets the phone and report.
Is it an offence for me to have seen the image.

Aiyoh if a gal suddenly come and strip naked in front of you is it your fault to see? No mah. Fault is her cos she force you to see but if pretty no way i'm complaining but if chui body i will call police.

Be upfront, go to the police and inform about your situation, rather then keep worrying. Let them decide whether you have or have not done any thing correctly.

It is the same logic as if your friend has posted the image online for everyone to see, and everyone does see the image, does it mean that everyone has committed an offence? I really doubt so...

Then again, what do I know.
