Should be phase 3
You got it right. May be even later.
I heard from insiders that the government is going to delay this for as long as possible to let Singaporeans kick the gambling habit.
4D and Toto are non-essentials and will be last in the queue.
Wonder why they dont allow to open since we can have singapore pools online account

My best guess:
It may be some time during Phase 2.
If during Phase 2 , can dine-in with restriction, 4D and Toto bets may resume.
Toto and 4D bets are good source of tax revenues.
I, too, miss the chance of becoming a millionaire even if the chances are very very small.

Digital transformation!
They can use the very word stressed in the budget speech seen yesterday but yet they do not allow....
If toto and 4d are fully on digital platforms i am sure many people both young and old will hop onto this digital transformation ideology faster than anything else...

it should permanently close, at least more folks use the betting $ to feed their own stomach rather than begging for social support.

True too, can't please everyone. But this 2 months gambling kick has died down, good to delay or even totally stop gambling to save a little more. Not easy to strike.

Thanks bros for the replies.
Curious, is government able to withstand losing huge income from SGPool by closing it for months?
We all know SGpool generates millions of revenue each year or even every month.
These are huge source of revenue for the government to reinvest in different industries.
So wah, gahmen really can tahan dont open for few months ah?
Already missed out on K/J and german league matches! Potential hundreds of thousands gone!

I read this from the news
The remaining cash payouts under the Enhanced Care and Support Scheme will be paid out from *end June 2020,* together with the S$300 for each parent of a Singaporean child aged 20 and below in 2020, and S$100 cash for Singaporeans aged 50 and above in 2020 (replacing the PAssion Card top-up of S$100 previously announced).

Toto has nothing to do with gahmen money la......
SGPools will payout 92% of the total bets collected on the ToTo game as winnings and keep 8% as their commission.
So in every draw SGPools are the winner.

Singapore Pools resumes online sports betting, horse wagering
Singapore Pools announced that online sports betting will resume from June 15.
Singapore Pools announced that online sports betting will resume from June 15
SINGAPORE - Online sports betting will resume in Singapore on Monday (June 15), while punters can bet online on overseas horse races from Wednesday, said Singapore Pools in an announcement.
In a press statement on Sunday, the gaming company said that all its other outlets – branches, authorised retailers, Livewire venues and off-course betting centres – will remain closed till further notice.
“This is in line with the Government’s phased approach of safe reopening and resumption of business activities,” it said.
Lottery draws for 4D, TOTO and Singapore Sweep will remain suspended, and customers who have tickets for postponed draws are advised to retain them for upcoming draws.
Prize payments also remain on hold, and an announcement will be made for the extension of eligible prize-winning tickets for lottery draws, sports and/or horse racing events held between Oct 10, 2019 to April 5, 2020 when these services resume.
In early April, Singapore Pools and the Singapore Turf Club (STC) said that they would not be offering betting and wagering until further notice after the Ministry of Health announced plans for the circuit breaker (April 7 to June 1) to curb the spread of the coronavirus.
Of the major European football leagues, the German Bundesliga restarted on May 16, while Spain’s La Liga kicked off again on June 11. The English Premier League is also set to resume on Wednesday.
Bets can be placed online for matches in these leagues, as well as the Swedish football league. Horse racing in Australia, Europe, Macau, Hong Kong and South Africa will also likely be featured.
Liverpool fan Sivaraj Rajaraman said: “It’s good to have football back on, and it make things more interesting now that we can also start betting on the matches again.”
Chelsea supporter Jansen Lim added: “It has been boring since the major leagues stopped and the circuit breaker came into play in Singapore. Of course, not being able to bet also meant we were able to save some money, and now we can wager on some games to make things more exciting while following European football again.”
Customers can call Singapore Pools' customer service hotline on 6786-6688 or e-mail the company from Monday if they have further queries.

Not the kind of leaks prior to Ministerial announcements to public.

Singapore Pools to resume lottery draws and outlet operations from June 22:
SINGAPORE - Singapore Pools will resume lottery draws and outlet operations from Monday (June 22), the company said in a statement on Friday.
Its branches and authorised retail outlets will gradually reopen from that day.
All other outlets, such as Singapore Pools' Livewire venues and off-course betting centres, will remain closed.
Toto lottery draws will resume on June 25, 4D draws on June 24, and Singapore Sweep on Aug 5 with the August Draw, added Singapore Pools.
Lottery tickets purchased for draws which were postponed after April 5 are valid for the respective upcoming lottery draws.
Singapore Pools also said that the validity periods of prize-winning tickets will be extended by 90 days as prize payment services were suspended since April 7.
This applies to all lottery draws, as well as sports and horse racing events held between Oct 10 and April 5.
More information can be found on Singapore Pools' website.

Everybody HUAT AH !!!!! ^_^
Singapore Pools reopens, with punters visiting branches islandwide
SOMEONE HAS TO WAKE UP THE GOD OF FORTUNE !!!!
HUAT AH !!!!!
SINGAPORE - Singapore Pools' first day of reopening on Monday (June 22) after more than two months saw punters flocking to its branches and authorised retail outlets.
All branches and authorised retailers had been closed since April 7 when the coronavirus circuit breaker was imposed. About 240 outlets reopened on Monday although Singapore Pools' Livewire venues and off-course betting centres will remain closed.
4-D and Toto lottery draws resume on Wednesday and Thursday respectively while Singapore Sweep restarts on Aug 5 with the August draw.
Safe management measures at these outlets included enhanced cleaning of high-touch areas and common spaces, on-ground assistants to manage queues, visual signages and floor demarcations to maintain safe distancing, as well as public education materials, said a Singapore Pools spokesman.
On Monday afternoon, a steady stream of punters could be seen entering the Singapore Pools outlets at FairPrice at Clementi Avenue 3 and the Clementi Town Centre branch.
At the supermarket, staff members were outside conducting temperature scans, guiding punters through the process of checking in and directing them to where to stand in the queue to maintain a safe distance.
Cleaning supervisor Dominic Pereira, 68, who used to bet thrice a week, told The Straits Times: "(The measures) are good, they have the proper procedure of queueing up instead of people rushing and getting too close to one another.
"I'm just trying my luck, it's good that (Singapore Pools outlets) have reopened. Today is my first time after a few months' break, so hopefully I'll have some luck."
Some, like 51-year-old Madam Tan Lai Wan, decided to make a bet while buying groceries. She said it was easy to abide by the safety measures in place.
Her sentiments were shared by food and beverage outlet manager Henry Vijay Kumar Charles and real estate agent Adrian Lim, who were at the Holland Drive branch.
Mr Lim, 54, said: "It's not troublesome because (these measures) are common and in place everywhere."
Mr Henry, who bought a 4-D ticket, also praised the safety protocols. "I feel it's safe," said the 37-year-old.
Singapore Pools has also taken other measures including cascading the Toto game at the second instead of the fourth consecutive draw to avoid overcrowding. Customers have also been advised to avoid peak hours and to consider placing contactless bets through a registered Singapore Pools account.
A retiree who only wanted to be known as Mr Sia said his visit to the Clementi Town Centre branch was "very fast".
He added: "I waited about five minutes. The process was very fast and (the measures) were not troublesome."
Asked if he was happy about the Singapore Pools outlets reopening, the 75-year-old quipped: "I'll be happier if I win."
