Which bar is it good to go for making new friends now?

Went before KPO couple of times but it seems like higher end/maintenance type.
Been so bored with Covid and broke up with girlfriend now it's time to get back into the game!

Frankly? None. Its damn hard to socialise now at bars. People only go with friends they know beforehand. Discretionary income for many also dropped. And finally when people are mostly working from home a surprising lot of them have converted to ordering alcohol to home and getting friends to visit them and drink together. Much cheaper than drinking outside.

Plus a lot of bars now also not open. Or limited opening hours.

If you’re looking for cheap beer and girls around your age, you can try kanpai. Always my go-to places whenever my off days are in Singapore. Do note that due to covid all bars are close at 2230hrs; which is kinda disappointing.

Hi Bro can elaborate more about this kanpai??? I saw this place when i was drinking wine at wine connection that day. How cheap is the beer there and do they sell any other type of drinks like wine or liquor. The place looks nice and alfresco type. Lots of outdoor tables too. Would like to try one day. The girls i saw there also not bad. Too bad the drinking stops at 1030 pm. Government should relax on the timing as there is really nothing much to do in sg now. Since we cant travel overseas, no ktv and pubs/disco. Besides drinking what can we do sia.

Cheap but not the cheapest. However, compare the location it is in. I think is worth it. Would try one day. Hope they offer affordable wines and liquor too. Normally i don't drink in sg as i feel they are heavily over priced. But since we can't travel. Have to explore the local scenes now. Affordable ones.
