If visit FL and kena covid, will u report to contact tracers?

as above, will u tell contact tracer that u visit FL? May not be that the FL gave u covid, just that u happen to visit FL(s) in the last 14 or last x number of days. I knw ya is offence to withhold information from contact tracer, just wondering how many bros will actually do it
