No brother, I dont reckon so - it will take quite some time before bacteria builds up and the juices turn smelly. Inside the vagina, if the PH balance is correct, the bacteria will not grow. So, if they wash up within an hour or so after sex this will not be the cause of the smell.

But, if you bonk a girl in the evening, without her washing up afterwards, she might be abit smelly the next morning. This is normally only on the outside, comparable to the armpits smelling of sweat after a nights sleep.
