Tharman "admitting that the free flow of professionals under the CECA (with India) was a big mistake. In fact, a disaster"
"DPM Tharman had said it. "Wrong to have free flow of people".
He is admitting that the free flow of professionals under the CECA (Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement with India) was a big mistake. In fact, a disaster.
But, he did not say who was responsible for this disaster. The PAP never admit their mistake.
