No one will do this for you la. Tio will need to go polish bar. You want to take care of your masseurs, you just go rent a unit then sublet to these masseur lo. Every now and then you go collect rental, can get a bbbj or FJ in return

With PolCams everywhere, HDB is definitely out...Next potential option will be condo/apts but you need to get pass the security...Third potential option will be ground floor walk up units...but such places will normally in older mature estates...
